Just use the free streaming site that vt uses. I used it to watch 3rd fes and Suisei's concert, certainly they'll stream, 4th fes.

The concerts also start at 5am for me so yeah.

Hard to say. I like feet but it's gotta look a certain way for me to find it attractive. I guess I prefer smooth feet that isn't really bony or veiny. And painted nails is always good. Depends on my mood really.

From my experience there are two extremes: sites that ban you for the smallest offense or sites where you can say pretty much anything without fear of ban. I like Gamefaqs because it's a nice middle ground.
