Cannonade is probably gonna be the worst division in this whole thing.

I've noticed that Sheep and I have very different opinions on Pokemon. I think Substitute is the much weaker division today! Cannonade does have a tragic bottom three but I could see everything else getting a + in the right division

I am asking as the guy who died night1 and wants to check that game again

Basically trying to get the suspects to pair with the widely town read players at final 9 and then force them to pair at 7 so they couldn't pair at 5.

This suspicion is justified, and I've said as much earlier in the day.

But I've never pegged MZero as one to start going for the "out there" theories as solid reasons to start a lynch.

FD could be manipulating town. But you have to ask: what does scum FD gain from pushing No Lynch?

His motive (or at least one of his motives) for pushing NL was that we won't force town power to claim. Of course, that is ideal but that also means we won't force scum to claim either, and forcing scum to claim is one of the best ways to bust them. Especially day 1 when they're locked into that claim for the rest of the game. Also, stalling out on No Lynch (he started pushing this less than half-way through the day) leads to a complacent down and kills all the momentum going into Day 2. Scum can also lay low if no one's getting pressured.

It's also an easy thing to push so you don't have to fake scum hunt. Just park yourself on No Lynch and call it a day. Very safe. As I recall in Valentine's FD isn't the best at faking suspicion as scum. He pretty much just said Ulti and I were scum by PoE because he liked everyone else. I don't really remember what he did early game but I don't remember him making a lot of pushes.

No Lynch on any future day is dumb because we have information from flips. This D1 is no different from any other D1 in that we've got jack shit to go off of and any lynch that happens will be sheer luck more often than not.

On future days, we have more information to mitigate our worsened odds of finding scum. Today, we have extremely low odds of hitting scum, and we have absolutely zero info besides "Corrik shot IGCD" and the latter's flip to go off, which at best just tells us that Corrik is town and nothing else.

Suppose Lea is Cop. Then this day ends with either her getting lynched or her claiming. And if she lives and scum has a full-time roleblocker, Lea becomes completely useless.

Whereas if we just NL without any extra buzz, Cop Lea can safely get a scan.

I feel like we do pretty well on Day 1 in general and in fact blow it later on more often than not

My answer to the question is the same as Johnny's, Mega Man has great music but I don't really like the games

Is what I said wrong? No. We have less scum to potentially lynch today than we did before the game began, full stop. If you lynch me that chance is reduced to 0% because I am town. All you can do today is force claims out which is something scum WANTS now that their godfather is dead.

And yeah, there is a chance that scum could be lynched today, big fucking deal. It's a LOW chance and we can start pursuing lynches more aggressively tomorrow. That doesn't mean we can't still be sus of people today, just that I believe we should NL regardless of the sus because sus is often wrong and lynching or outing town power should absolutely be avoided. Last thing we need is for another power to claim for no reason.
