What kind of a hike is it?

We haven't chosen a specific trail, but knowing the area, it's going to be 70 degrees, somewhat flat with rolling hills, and most likely little shade.

this kind of lacks context. who says they want you to be the bread winner based off that alone? just means that they want to retire, and enjoy life--perhaps earlier than the average american. Who says they wouldn't work their butts off to save money to retire comfortably like 30 years down the road?

That's a good point. Maybe I'm reading into it too much. I've definitely gone on dates where the girl is not shy about me wanting to buy her stuff, so maybe the other dates where the girl is just casually lamenting about wanting to retire early is causing me to project.

You're on a date and the person hints they may want you to be the bread winner if things get serious by saying, "I can't wait to retire" / "I don't want to work". What do you do?

I've had this happen to me multiple times and it's a red flag to me because I want to be with someone ambitious and career oriented. I usually brush it off and say me too, but it's like minus 5 points for me.

What if they decide to detransition back into a man at some point?

Do you accept their choice that they felt they were always a man, or since they felt like a woman at the time their current gender is overwritten?

That almost never happens. Only .4% of trans people who transition, end up detransitioning because they actually identify as their AGAB after all. The vast majority of people who detransition (which is already a tiny minority of people who transition) do so because of hate they're getting, or other societal reasons.

My issue is im hairy as fuck and I dont want to get rid of my hair for long periods of time or permanently but shaving is a pain (I dont envy women on legs that but chest is a bigger pain in the ass.) I dont wanna get rid of my hair mostly cause most potential partners I come across say they like it. Plus I think I look better with a beard.

I can or used to be able to pull it off. When I did it in highschool I was passable as a plain Jane chick attractivness wise. Had I any make up skill I may have been able to make myself look good. All I knew how to do was eyeliner lipstick and nail polish though thanks to being gothic

I'm gay and cis. I don't explicitly think of myself as an ally, but I have and will argue in favor of trans rights when I engage in the subject. I've had a couple trans friends/coworkers over the years, but I'm an extreme introvert so those acquaintances didn't turn to lasting friendships.

I'd consider you an ally if you're arguing in favor of trans rights.

Gender identity is different than gender expression. Lots of trans/non-binary/genderfluid people present as their AGAB. Lots of trans people never transition for many of the reasons mentioned in this topic. Many of them never come out as trans at all or use any labels that indicate not being cis, and they can still be trans.

I have a few times.

Maui Maui had a game where you swing on a vine and I had one of the top 10 high scores in the world on at least 1 or 2 occasions.

There was a game called Gangsta Wars where you create an avatar to fight, and I was one of the top 20 richest players in the world for a long time.
