I think I'm getting close to done with overwatch

after going 2-15 during this event I'm kind of getting exhausted with it

the other day I played a CCTF with a bastion/torbjorn/symmetra, all three on attack. When we got destroyed a little kid got on mic and threw a fit about the other team having a bastion defending their point because it's cheap

our symmetra put the shield generator essentially on top of our flag

Seung Mina dashes through the halls, searching for a way out. Walls and ceilings crumbled around her, but no matter where she looked, the outer walls were reinforced.

As the inner walls began to fall to rubble, the outer arena began to reveal itself. A massive dome, evenly split with 36 rooms, a handful of arenas and lounges, a large center arena that had now collapsed into a horrifying hole.

Haggar pounds on one of the revealed outside walls, putting all of his force into pushing through and smashing the rubble as it falls around him. His shot shoulder and side pulsed in excruciating pain, but he fought through it.

Mina strolled up behind him. "You know that's useless. We're not getting out. Not until someone's won the tournament."

Haggar halts his pounding, turning to look at her. "And you haven't seen the solider or the... other one?"

MIna looks down.

"Alright." Haggar reaches down, grabs a large piece of rubble about his size, and holds it above his head. "We end the tournament then." He hammerthrows the rubble at Mina, catching her by surprise and knocking her backwards, sending him tumbling of piles of ruined concrete.

Seung Mina rises, drawing her naginata and holding it out before her. "Doesn't seem fair to fight an unarmed man." She stabs the weapon into the ground.

Haggar laughs. "You'll regret that." He charges at her, tackling her to the ground. While she appears dazed, he climbs up the remains of a half-destroyed wall, leaping off into a savage elbow drop.

Just before he lands, Mina rolls to the side, and as Haggar crashes to the ground, she flips over onto his back, driving her elbow into his exposed shoulder. As she does so, her own injuries begin catching up to her, her chest and abdomen aching from the rubble. She goes for another strike, but Haggar elbows her in the jaw with his free arm, knocking her off of him.

Mina pulls herself to her feet, but as Haggar attempts to do the same, pain surges through his side, his arm losing strength as he collapses back to the ground. Haggar laughs through the pain. "If you want to forfeit, now is the time to do so," he mocks.

Seung Mina smiles. "It was a good fight." She walks over to her naginata, picks it up, and stands above Haggar. "Last words?"

"Thanks for the brawl. Gain some muscle and you might make a fan wrestler." With that, he grabs her by the ankle, pulling her toward the ground, before lifting himself up. He punches her in the jaw, spilling a bit of blood. He punches again and again and again, until she lies motionless.

He stands, stepping away, wiping the blood from his knuckles onto his shaggy pants, and bending to catch his breath. "For what it's worth, I'm sorry."

He begins walking away, when suddenly, a horrifying pain strikes through his calf. He looks down to see the naginata impaled through his leg. "GAAAAAAH. But-- how?"

Seung Mina stands once more, her face and chest badly bruised. Through gasped breath, she mutters, "It looks like you need more practice." She approaches him, pulling her naginata out. Haggar screams and drops to his knees. Mina circles around to see his face, and impales once more, this time through the ribs.

In his final breaths, Haggar mutters, "It was a good fight."

As Haggar collapses, a light surrounds Seung Mina and her badly-bloodied naginata.

The arena vanishes, and she awakens in a large, familiar field outside the Korean Seong Dojang. Her weapon was clean, her injuries gone. She reaches into her pocket though, and sure enough, the torn pieces of Nakoruru's note remain. She clenches them in her fist. "Heihachi. Bison. Khan. Nightmare." Her weapon and inspiration in hand, she sets off upon a new quest.

DAY 7

The ground begins to rumble. Cracks slowly begin to appear in the walls. The remaining loudspeakers begin to echo.

"Attention! So, uh... it turns out, putting a bunch of destructive people and monsters and robots in one building is not the best for the integrity of the building! FRRRRSSSSHSSHHHHHH!* You may notice the rocket starting up in the background. You may think that it is here for your escape. It is not. Good bye, and good luck, weaklings!"

As the rocket started up, the cracks only began to worsen, spreading apart into huge crevices as walls began to crumble.

Durst, with no hat to protect him, tears the sleeves off of his t-shirt and fashions them into a makeshift bandana. Unsure of what to do or where to go, he makes his way toward the first arena. In it, he finds Snake carefully examining the walls.

Snake looks over, alarmed, sticking out his hand. "Hold it! This place is crumbling bit by bit, any disruption and we're both going down."

Durst smirks, drawing Soul Edge once more. The sheer power of the sword shakes the foundation, blowing his bandana back in its force.

Snake looks at him, his jaw agape. "This has to be a fucking joke."

Durst charges at Snake, slamming Soul Edge down toward him. Snake dives out of the way, rolling and leaping to his feet. As the sword hits the ground, a crevice just through the floor beneath them, as the ground begins to shift.

"So we're really doing this?" Snake sighs. He dives forward, before leaping off the momentum and kicking at Durst, trying to keep off the ground as much as possible. Durst dodges the kick, but is caught in the jaw immediately by a second.

Durst spreads his stance, maintaining balance and thrusting forward Soul Edge toward Snake. It juts against his side, leaving a deep gash as the sword simultaneously pierces and burns. Durst himself is almost shocked by the brutality of his own attack.

Panicked, and seeing no other options given his lack of remaining firearms, Snake pulls out a cypher, kicking off of Durst for momentum and flying high into the air. From his little remaining inventory, Snake grabs a handful of grenades as he floats, and at the height of his ascent, he drops them below, the grenades circling around Durst.

In a final desperate attack, Durst spins around, hammer throwing Soul Edge high into the air.

KRA-KRA-KRA-KOOOOOM

KRAKSH!

The series of grenades explode around Durst, splintering the ground below him and causing the center of the arena to collapse upon itself. Durst reels from the impact of the shrapnel and begins to fall, looking up to see Soul Edge colliding with the cypher.

Fred Durst falls deep into the earth as the arena collapses around him, and within moments, his only escape option destroyed, Snake begins to do the same.

The battle takes both of them with it and sends shockwaves echoing through the rest of the building, amplifying the destruction as everything else begins to fall apart.

Elsewhere, two final fighters desperately scramble to survive...
