Actually this might be the end for my partner and I. Their marriage has a new line of communication and they are speaking openly about things for the first time in years. I'm happy that they got that out of this situation.

My partner and I are a different story, but he's about to come back over and we are gonna talk.

You know I've been talking about my team lead for weeks to my partner. I told him when we talked about being work wife and husband, that we were going to Happy Hours together. That I thought he might be into me.

Where I fucked up was never explicitly telling my partner I was developing feelings also. My partner and I are still talking and communicating about this. We have been having other issues as well, and are looking at things mutually.

THATS what you took away from that statement? I think it's serendipitous and interesting that line of communication has been open. It's a discussion that would have happened eventually I'm sure, I was just involved in the event that facilitated the start of that discussion. Thats hardly me taking credit for saving their marriage, especially when it may not be saved at all.

Honestly, I've talked to my mom, therapist, and a friend about this.

I know other people got hurt in this, I've never denied that, and I'm doing my best to make things right for all parties involved. I have feelings in this too, and I'm going to express them.

Saw my therapist today. We have identified a pattern of self sabotage and destructive tendencies.

You know, I talked to him and we are both just laying low for a bit. Work wasn't too too weird. We went on a walk at work, with another coworker.

I haven't heard from my partner today. We talked a little last night. Our cat misses him.

Sorry to disappoint, this is the ugly crying in bed alone tonight because I drank all the dumb bitch juice ending.

I didn't tell him right away after it happened, and though I told my partner about his possible interest before, I never quite directly expressed my own feelings to my partner.

My partner just told me he feels hurt and is going to stay with his sister for a few days. He needs time apart to figure if he can still trust me.

This might be the dumbest thing I've ever done.

I used a sick day for work today, I can't go in right now. I'm just going to depression nap today.

So we met at a restaurant. He had asked her about opening up the relationship after he told her about the kiss. She needs time to think about it, and for her it's a lot to take in. She she was mostly worried about compilations with work, of which I said there wouldn't be any, also asked a few questions about anal and just general pointers. I told her I appreciated her, and nothing more is going to happen without her blessing (which is true).

Overall, I would say she was hurt and rightfully angry, and probably hates me. I deserve it. I offered to pay for dinner, but she said no and we split the check. Work is probably going to be weird tomorrow. I'm gonna go cry in the bathtub and go to bed

I actually did feel pretty bad. Of course the judgement in this topic really only galvanized my feelings and made me own it. Topic probably would have turned out differently too if I had waited a few hours to make it.

Guess I fell upwards on this, though she might be inviting me over to kick my ass.
