I thought about replacing my Ocean Vibe with the Arctic Vibe, but that costs money that I don't need to spend.

Depends on what you want the ball to do. These days, I'm only familiar with the Hammer line, so these are some suggestions:

Heavy oil conditions - Black Widow 3.0, Hammer Effect, Extreme Envy
Medium oil / starting to break down - Arctic Vibe
Light oil / lanes broken down - RAW Hammer

There are a lot of parameters on a bowling ball which affect performance, like coverstocks. Pearl coverstocks give you large amounts of length down lane, so you'll see a smoother arc. Solid coverstocks really grip the lane and react quickly to friction, so you could see more of a snap in the friction. Hybrid coverstocks are in the middle.

Honestly, I would talk with your Pro Shop, tell them what you're looking for in a ball, and let them decide which is best for you.

I hope they can refurbish it with new cars and restraints, rather than destroy it though.

It's possible, but with the Six Flags / Cedar Fair merger, I'm sure they'll tear it down and build a new attraction. Pre-merger, I could see a refurbishment.

Going to ride it sometime in August / September. I didn't get to experience the hydraulic launch at all, so out of all the roller coasters I've ridden, I have nothing close to compare it to except Maxx Force at Six Flags Great America.

Hopefully, the LSM's will not become a maintenance nightmare.

The cycle begins anew. Had the other upper wisdom tooth pulled this morning. Procedure took significantly less time than the first one.

I've thought about this, too. Currently driving a 2020 Civic. Shifting in it is aggravating, thanks to the rev hang, clutch delay valve, and somewhat sluggish throttle response. Also, the brake pedal is way above the gas pedal, so any chance of heel-toe downshifting is gone. Was thinking that if the newer SI models mostly fixed these issues, I would consider trading up. But that's money that I don't feel like spending.

I tend to agree with Civvie's opinion of TNT: boring. A lot of levels that are massive lacks in the monster density, and there are too many low-tier enemies in general. The new tracks are rockin', though.

Plutonia is my preferred commercial release. Levels mainly keep you moving and require some thought as to how to diagnose the fight. It would benefit from a custom soundtrack, which is where the Plutonia MIDI Pack comes into play.

Decided to split half of one with a co-worker. The heat took a minute to kick in, but when it did, it was miserable. There was no milk, so I tried half of a bagel to try and absorb all of the spice and oils. Instead, it felt like my stomach was ripping itself apart for two hours.

Cahokia Mounds tomorrow, bowling tournament on Sunday.

I don't partake in it. Hopefully, Cahokia Mounds will be tolerable, since I want to go visit it tomorrow.

They can be difficult to keep clean if you aren't able to brush them properly. After a dental appointment earlier this year, I found out that my upper right sheared in half and the upper left is decayed. The bottom two have had cavities filled in the past, so as long as I keep them clean, they do not need to be pulled. The upper right was pulled a few weeks ago. The upper left will be pulled at the beginning of May.

Sorta. Things could be an absolute disaster on a given day, but our manager just look at the raw numbers of our daily volumes and say "it's about the same as normal, what's the problem?"

Maybe this isn't the case in your situation, but does your company have the mindset of not hiring extra help because you're doing well enough? That's how it is for me, and it's becoming such a nightmare. One of our senior engineers just retired, so one of his projects is going to me. Yet another thing that upper management wants done at the same time as everything else.

Yeah, Lethal Company has been our go to lately. He also got me into Don't Starve Together. I don't think I'd enjoy it as much without him, I think he's got like 1000+ hours in the franchise so he knows everything.

Certain games are way more enjoyable with another person, especially if the game is based on co-op. Randos can be abysmal in both an attitude and gameplay perspective. It's one reason why I will never do any competitive mode with random people, such as in Rocket League.

Thinking about it, I haven't played with anyone online in over a month. The normal group went to other games, and I got tired of asking the only other person to do something we used to play, since it all came down to me asking all the time.

My Overwatch 2 duo has started to convince me to put the game down for a bit in favor of other games we can play. Lethal Company, Don't Starve, No Man's Sky, Minecraft, etc. We kinda jump all over the place. We mostly wanna wait for Blizzard to start showing signs of life again.

Who knows when that will happen. Lethal Company has received some great reviews, so you could start playing that as your main game. You remind me that I have Don't Starve Together and have yet to try it out.

D2R is the only Blizzard game I'm playing, and even then, I'm burning out on the ARPG thing. Doesn't help that I've been delving into Last Epoch and am keeping Grim Dawn on standby until the new expansion releases.

Good to know, thank you. Today has been better than the other days. Still some tenderness at the extraction site, but I think I can start eating foods that aren't as soft.

Will be 33 this June 14th.

Medium rare, reverse-seared. Once my my mouth recovers fully from wisdom tooth extraction part 1 of 2, I think I'll cook a steak using that method.
