The N64 and ps1 games kinda looked like crap and I was never that into them. Then again, I had also taken a break from pro wrestling at the time so they had less appeal

The N64 THQ games were so good that I played them even after I stopped watching wrestling.

I always knew it was fake, I was never one of those people, but I enjoyed seeing them jump off the Titantron down 40ft and elbow some dude on the floor. Is it fake? Yeah. Was the fall real? Ooooh yeah.

The choreography of the matches were also amazing. I remember one with Shawn Michaels and Mankind. God damn! It was soooo good. These guys did amazing. Looked real, and lots of creative moves were done. At one point Mankind was thrown through the top and middle ropes, and ended up twisted and basically choked/hanging by the ropes.

But then The Rock came, and blew up. And all of a sudden they couldnt have the guy with 50 different catch phrases, all of which are printed on T-Shirts and merchandise that sell for MILLIONS, jumping off the cage and possibly hurting himself and then they lose that cash cow. So then wrestling went from 90% ring time and 10% backstage time to 90% backstage and 10% ring time.

Sometimes I do them up all fancy with bacon and balsamic vinegar, but other times Ill literally just steam them in the microwave and theyre still really yummy

I leave them marinated in olive oil and garlic over night.

And if you could fit everything you own (except your furniture) into a car, you'd be free to do almost anything at short notice.

I just got a new purple mattress. Its amazing.

But my girl wants to throw out the old mattress. Shes mad Im not letting her. Her dad is coming in the Fall to visit and Im not buying a new mattress again in a couple of months. Thats silly.

Shes always been quick to throw stuff out. This same scene keeps playing out where I look for something... cant find it... I ask her where is it... and she says she doesnt know with big wide eyes that have the words, Oh shit written all over them.

So shes mad at me cause I wont let her throw it out. But as I sit here typing this, she came over and placed a Coffee Caramel candy on my desk and walked away. Very reminiscent of how Charlie placed the everlasting gobstopper on Willy Wonkas desk. So now I kinda feel bad for complaining.

So, I was pondering over this. Trying to figure out why this move was made now.

We got a pandemic, protests, large unemployement numbers, economy isnt doing so well... and yet, now is when Trump makes this move. Why?

And then you begin to realize that the shit response to the pandemic, the unemployment, the economy, have all pretty much put the nail in the coffin for Donny boy. His usual script isnt working anymore and he has nothing to warrant a new term. No wall. Whats he gonna say? Lets build it for real this time. No getting rid of Obamacare. No evil Hilary Clinton and her Pedo Pizza chains to have to defeat. Hes got nothing.

And so, remember, the only way individual 1 can outlive the statute of limitations is by getting another term. If not then his ass is going to jail. BUT... if he gets his own guy in there, and they work out a shit deal like, Okay, Donald... we have all these cases against you. But you seem to be really remorseful, lets just give you a fine then... well then the law and order President evaded Justice.

I guess I just find her to be lazy. Shell complain about things and then do nothing to make the situation better. Maybe lazy isnt the right word but I do think shes very hypocritical about things. I had an ex that would call all women she saw in public, that she thought looked prettier than her or were thinner than her(that was mostly all of them), whores, hoes, and sluts. One day I couldnt help but think if that girl she referred to as that was going through a rough time, was a genuinely good person, or maybe was a nice person who didnt deserve that... and I did the unthinkable, I stood up for that girl and fought with my ex. Sure, shell never know I did that... but its not about my glory... its about me being fed up with that stink attitude.

Im no relationship pro but... I believe you find the one when you realize that the fights are few and far between. And notice that most arent even fights but misunderstandings.

My family once took me to some Zoo in the Caribbean while on vacation when I was really young. Dont remember where, I think it was Puerto Rico, but I remember the name of the place was like Noahs Ark or something.

And they had a cassowary and it was very angry. Idk why that bird was so pissed but the only thing that separated him and me was just a gate. Thats it. Flimsy little gate. It paced back and forth along the gate trying to get out, and its eyes said to all. That thing wanted to kill me.

According to wiki they are weary of humans but if provoked they can become aggressive and inflict major damage. But this guy just seemed pissed for no reason.

Yeah everyone was like "Don't get the SE2, it's small! get this Samsung that's the same price and twice the size!" but I don't regret this at all. the screen is bigger than the entirety of my old phone lol. Also I'm more wary of samsung phones since my old one was so shit.

I last had an Android back in 2012, and its just slow. Like a PC with too many windows open.

Never have that problem with iOS. People tell me that androids are better now but idc. Im a fan of Apple.

Consider something more along the lines of "How is ____?" or "I like X, is Y anything like that?" that adopt a more neutral position of seeking feedback.

No one on PotD took it as a challenge when I asked about Animal Crossing. Instead they offered but detailed information as to what makes the game good.

I get what youre saying about the Whats the appeal in X but the choice to respond defensively arises from ones own insecurities, no? Ill give you an example. Ive used the term, Not bad many times. How was my ambrosia salad, Hornedlion? Not bad. Thank you.

But one time I used it and the person took offense to it. Like, I was perplexed. Lady, Im saying your fish pudding is not bad. Im even saying we should do this again next time your husband is out of town! Whats wrong with you?!
