Start with stuff like this. Basic searches for "yoga exercises" or "beginners yoga" can net you a ton of video suggestions. Looking at the view count can also give you an idea of how popular they are, which usually indicates how good they are.

I just mentioned my weights because people say they NEED to go to gyms because of the exercise machines that are offered there.

You don't need machines at all. With free weights, you just need to do the right exercises with them to hit all the important muscle groups.

Gyms are a total waste of money. Plus you have to drive to the gym, and people often get lazy and say they don't feel like going.

But you are always in your own home...so why not just exercise there? lol

To be completely honest, there are so many good, 100% free, and well-made exercise videos on YouTube, I honestly don't know why people go to gyms.

All you need are some free weights....and there are countless exercises you can do with just your own body....and nail all the important spots.

Yoga mats are literally like $20 at Wal-Mart.

I have a set of 20 pound weights, and 35 pound weights. Probably cost me $50 bucks for the set.

That's $70 for a mat and brand new weights. And you could probably find cheaper at flea markets and shit. Or your neighbor when he puts them out for spring clean-up.

The hardest part is committing to them.

I can't even begin to explain the inspiration for this topic.
But I actually don't know how this works. Maybe it isn't as dramatic as I'm thinking.
Figure someone here might know more?

If you decide to just pack up and vanish. Leave everything behind. All your friends, family, etc....on a total whim. Out of the blue. Not tell anyone. It seems like you just went missing. Maybe kidnapped or murdered. You are just gone to everyone you know.

And someone decides to file a missing persons report on you. Maybe your parents. Maybe your friends.

Would the cops investigate your disappearance? I'm assuming they would.

What if you just took your own vehicle and they found you in another state because they ran your plates or something? Could the police arrest/detain you? Bring you in for questioning? Not give you a choice in the matter?

I imagine they would they say that you were reported missing. But couldn't you just say you are fine, just sight-seeing, wanted to be left alone, didn't feel compelled or obligated to let anyone know you were leaving?

For message boards it's nice, because it allows you to share blunt opinions. You don't need to spend so much time walking on eggshells or spending an hour sorting your thoughts out to put it into terms that won't get you fired from your job or exiled from your family. We can be raw and honest and not feel pressured.

That's very important.

If we had our full name attached to everything we say, people could stalk us more easily than they already can.

I've been on these gamefaqs boards long enough to know that there are some very pathetic people on this site, with waaaaay too much time on their hands. Some people seriously keep documents and profiles for a lot of users. Logging what their political affiliations are, things they said, or taboo topics they might have engaged in months, or even YEARS ago....and they will bring it up to remind them at the most random times. Or try to discredit them to make other users weary of them. "Don't listen to this guy! He said some really negative things about Obama back in 2015!"

I could see people online trying to jeopardize people's real life jobs/relationships/homes/safety if there wasn't anonymity to protect them. Some people can't handle opposing views very well. That's why "doxxing" has become a thing.

I think we should strive for internet anonymity, but i wouldn't say it's a right. It's a privilege. It's super nice to have, and I wish it could be guaranteed.....but people would abuse it.

I don't understand how Bioshock Infinite or MGS: The Phantom Pain got in the top 50. Those were both the most disappointing games of the 2010's.

They both suffered for similar reasons: All that hype leading up to their release. Audiences were shown one thing.....and then the final product completely cut content, significantly edited it, or lied to us entirely.

[SPOILERS FOR BOTH GAMES]

Bioshock Infinite: You do not have epic combo powers with Elizabeth like in that initial E3 trailer. They hype up Songbird like he's an even bigger and badder version of the Big Daddy that can motherfucking FLY now.....but you NEVER FIGHT HIM! Complete bullshit. And there are only THREE enemy types in the entire game. 90% of all the Vigors consist of you just throwing a glob of different colored energy at the enemies. The skyhook is a total joke, and often is just a circular rail above an enemy room. Everything about it was disappointing. And that twist ending? Saw it coming from a mile away. "Err mah gerd! YOU'RE Comstock!?! From another reality!? Whooaoaoaoaaaa." (eye roll). Terrible game. What kind of necklace will you choose for Elizabeth?!?! Don't worry, both decisions change absolutely nothing! LOL

Phantom Pain: You have to sit through several HOURS of credits before, during, and after every single mission. You cannot skip them. It is the most boring shit I've ever experienced in a game. The story is so convoluted, you will never understand the motives of Skullface even AFTER you've beaten it AND after you've read up on it online to try and make sense of WTF was going on. If that Native American guy says "Vocal cord parasites" one more time....I am going to roundhouse kick my television! Remember all the awesome boss battles that the MGS series is famous for? Yeah. They got rid of all of those. You only fight two actual bosses in the entire game. The rest are slightly stronger enemies, and you fight them multiple times. Some of the missions are also literal copies of one another. Strange how those kidnapped hostages are always located in the same places. Hmmm. Glitch? Oh?? What's that??? The cut the entire final mission that gives some resolution to what young Liquid Snake did with the stolen Metal Gear? Fascinating. Oh??? The entire game was a lie from the very first advertisement and you never actually play as Big Boss???? Well that's kinda fucking offensive.

I lived on a farm for a while. Had a cat named Tigger who would catch mice, moles, and shrews.....and would kill them, bring their corpse to the front porch, lay them out on a big flat limestone rock that was basically our unofficial "welcome" mat....slice open their belly....and then line up all the organs in a row....and then sit next to it and give you a big ol' smile when you opened up the door.

Personally, I'm a cat person.

I love ALL animals, but cats make the best domesticated pet for all lifestyles.

Dogs are only good if you have a lot of free time (or a significant other who is home when you are at work) and a big yard (preferably a farm).

Owning a dog in any other situation is cruel in my opinion. Tiny ass apartment? Big city where they can't run? You work 12 hours a day and leave it alone to just whine and stare out the window and wait at the door for you? Yeah. Why the fuck do you even have a dog? Honestly?

Generally, dogs are VERY needy. They get separation anxiety very easily. They can destroy things out of spite because you chose to go to dinner AND a movie and were gone for 3 hours. They'll eat your couch just because you "frustrated" them.

Pessimistic generalizations? Sure. And cats can destroy things, too. But generally? Yeah. Dogs suck when it comes to this.

Cats are so chill. Sleep 90% of the day. Smaller animals. Smaller carbon footprint. Eat less. Show a newborn kitten the litterbox ONCE, and they will go there every day for the rest of their life (generally). You could leave for 3 straight days, and you just make sure they have enough water and food...and they're good.

Cats are also more agile. Flexible spines prevent them from getting all the health problems dogs are prone to. Allowing them to live longer and healthier lives.

Cats also drink the souls of babies. Which is extremely badass.

So Raziel just kinda accepted his fate and became Kain's weapon. The sword was always designed to suck the life force out of its victims (blood), but by absorbing Raziel...it also took his ability to devour souls. With the newly awakened blade...Kain could finally 'see' the Elder God for the first time in all its Cthulhu glory. He beats the shit out of it. Doesn't kill it. Makes it crawl away. Pretty sure the Elder God was the one draining the power from the pillars all along. But wait...there's also the Hylden threat. Living in another dimension...and can kinda warp into our world sometimes. In Blood Omen 2 you kill the leader of the Hylden...but not ALL the Hylden. You also don't even hear the Hylden mentioned until the very end of Soul Reaver 2, in the most ridiculous cliffhanger ending since the first game.

Janos Audron is possessed by the Hylden in Defiance....and just kinda flies off and we never see him again. THAT needs some kind of conclusion.

Would Defiance 2 basically be Kain hunting down a Hylden-possessed Janos Audron?

And why the hell did Janos turn into a big hulking demon when the Hylden kept him in a cage??? (Blood Omen 2).

The Hylden seem to still be a threat. But not sure where they could go with it. And the Elder God needs to be completely destroyed.

Blood Omen 1....he attacked the castle in the very beginning.

That same moment happens at the end of Soul Reaver 2 when Raziel time travels to confront his human self. You can hear it happen when you are exploring the halls. It was creepy as fuck.

Later on, humans rise up and behead him.

Was he in Defiance? I honestly don't remember. If he was, I think that was also because of time travel. He was always there when you'd go back in time far enough. Before he died to the human hands.

The Original LoK: Blood Omen, and LoK: Soul Reaver were classics. Top notch voice acting too.

A remaster isnt enough. Theyd have to do a remake.

I mean, Uncharted and Last of Us are good. But they weren't Legacy of Kain good.
