I only visit like 2 reddits for hearthstone and they have typically been fine. I have gone to other reddits though like ranime when I was a panel member or epic seven and kings raid when I played them.

Obviously hearthstone and battlegrounds reddits are large. But on the bg one at least the vibe is that people are pretty helpful and positive towards things. Except beasts. The reddit hates them and one of the first things a new user should know is not to post how you won with one unless it's a weird build.

For something like epic seven which I played in it's prime the reddit has basically always been new players asking for help and fan art.

A lot of it does come down to the mods and rules on a reddit etc. Social boards like b8 are a pretty special card for gamefaqs and the wide breadth of insane and meme posts we have would not fly on a lot of reddits.

Incidentally probably the other best Jesus movie is The Gospel According to St. Matthew. It's very faithful to the New Testament account, but hard to call religious considering the director was a staunch atheist and not shy about it.

It was good, but I think it was over hyped. Then again I was watching it after a 12 hour shift where I was exhausted but other people wanted to watch it so I stayed up to see it too. It also didn't help that the people who got me to stay up to watch it didn't actually like it and kept asking questions.

No, even handling them there are some well made fakes. I do remember one that we only figured out by taking the back off and seeing an ETA movement.

No idea what the dude paid for it. As it was a fake, we put it back together and informed the customer that we were unable to work on it, as we did not undertake any repairs or modifications for replica watches. This was mostly because we sourced our parts directly from the manufacturers and wanted to keep in their good books, but also because it was effectively impossible to source parts for replicas.

oh you worked at a watch repair shop? iirc some customers may want you to be licensed, working on their watch....?

I'd often leave only working 2 to 4 hours. Sometimes with $100+ in my pocket, sometimes with $20 in my pocket. Not a great place to work for but I was young and dumb.

No, the most recent one was as bad as it was because the studio told them "we're going to produce it with or without you". So they intentionally gave it little effort and filled it with jabs towards WB.

Not all of them, but the majority.

Sony exclusives tend to temporarily stay on their platform for a bit before eventually coming to PC.

Some few groups like Vanilla Ware still resist PC entirely.

But most multi platform releases these days are same day PC.

yrs ago that was not the norm right, when did this change? possibly the number of pc gamers has greatly increased.

Absolutely, they have great quality control, although they're far from the only luxury brand to do so. Legit the easiest way for us to tell the fake Rolexes apart from the real ones is that they felt like crap and the overall fit and finish was lacking. Even stuff like the dial features being properly aligned or the date changing at the correct time were consistently good.

yeah this is true. Easy to spot a fake rolex. Probably easy the most popular replica watch. But you can just as easily spot a fake omega though. And omegas are like half as much as a rolex, possibly not that much....

i can't believe i'm saying this since i think reddit is insanely toxic, but gamefaqs is more toxic.

reddit's toxicity mostly comes from the groupthinking and comformity and how you will be treated if you post any opinion that is even slightly out of line or if you mess up a social taboo that you didn't know existed. but if that's not happening, a decent amount of threads will still be, like, normal and mature.

meanwhile on gamefaqs, literally any board other than board 8, every thread is just a bunch of 13-year olds squabbling with each other and accusing each other of being trolls. which made sense 20 years ago but its still the same today even though the site doesn't get new users, and if you check the account dates of the people involved, there's no way they're in their teens at all anymore, so i really don't get how they're somehow all still so immature.

reddit's toxicity is kinda more insidious though because at least on gamefaqs its a bunch of socially stunted adults who can't help themselves and are mostly harmless, on reddit it comes from people who are otherwise proper adults but still can't resist a bit of bullying when they see that someone has stepped out of line.

Not really but it has its pros, mostly the crazy shit with customers I get. But yeah Retail and Food Service should have both had the spikes considering its two jobs that are pretty much core jobs to society and both industries rank in a fuck load of money.

Blocking mods would absolutely be something that won't be allowed, the mods have to be able to see your posts. Ignoring them could be allowed, but it would be a bad idea as you could miss a mod telling people not to post (insert thing here) and wind up getting a harsh moderation you were not expecting.

Well I have zero doubts. I mean it's technically possible that Trump has genuinely changed his beliefs and has changed his mind on the issue. But everything I've seen of the man suggests that he has zero principles, zero morality, and zero care for anything that doesn't benefit himself. Trump has never been anything but a detestable hypocrite. Even when I was a kid in the 80s I could tell. I would be shocked if Trump actually had sincere, deep-set beliefs on abortion.

Yes. I experienced food insecurity as a kid but more frequently it was because of 25+ years of binge eating disorder as a maladaptive coping response. The last time I experienced it was when I was in the early days of BED recovery and stayed up all night because I couldn't get my mind off of bingeing. I'm binge free over three years now and know how to eat for maximum satiety without issue, so that's all behind me now.

As borderline poverty or straight up poverty level as I grew up, always had food. Government subsidized and sometimes from a food pantry, but always had food.
