I fucking love huge caterpillars and moths. Mantises are awesome. Dragonflies are interesting. There aren't really any big beetles around here except June Bugs. No problem with those either. But stuff like house centipedes, daddy long legs and crane flies? I do not like those. I generally try not to kill them if I can avoid it and I have gotten better about that over the years, but I had a phobia of them as a kid (and of house centipedes even as an adult because I didn't see one until I was in my late 20s or early 30s and I didn't know what it was until a bit later). Also giant ichneumon wasp. Look that shit up (the females specifically). Literal fuckin eldritch horror monster and they are big fuckers too. I had a run in with one at work once, same place as the fake black widow, and it was not fun. What I didn't know though is that ichneumon wasps can't sting. They're harmless too. They're angry assholes if you trap them, but the worst they can do is just bite and the larger caterpillars that I really like have larger and stronger mandibles/jaws. Still, in appearance, they are nightmare fuel to me. I'm just glad I know they're harmless now so I don't have to go into panic mode if I encounter another one. --- D |

I know i'll end up changing my mind on shit. My living room still echoes and I got two bedrooms one with boxes and another with a litter box now..... I originally had my godamn ex in mind when it came to getting a house and let her deal with it. Now it's just me and my kitty and we don't give a fuck about shit. I still have some shit I haven't properly put away since I moved back after the rennovations on my apartment over a year and a half ago lol. I don't really care though. I care more about how much of an upgrade it was. Lost some kitchen space due to the bathroom being extended but that's mostly a good thing. Toilet was replaced which is awesome because the previous one was a bit fucky due to the previous tennant jerry-rigging some of the tank stuff and me not wanting to complain about it and therefore re-jerry-rigging it when needed >_>. Shower was redone and both it and the floor are a lot easier to clean now. Sink is better, but slightly further away from the toilet, so unfortunately I can't brush my teeth and take a shit at the same time lol that was a perk of the smaller bathroom before. --- D |

Apparently I must have hit some bullshit button combination on my keyboard because I figured out that my audio settings were changed from sound card headphones setting to "do sound through connected device" (TV, which is muted). I switched it back and problem solved. Gave me a fuckin brief scare though. Should have figured it out sooner because my volume thing usually says "Headphones (X%)" and instead said "43S435 (X%)" and I didn't realize something was wrong with that the first few times I saw it until I remembered that shit was my computer's code for my TV as a monitor >_< --- D |

So soon after that I had to do a major update and list player into multiple times, so I intentionally and blatantly fucked up Choco's numbers 3 times in the same series of posts, 2 with excessive number button mashing and the 3rd one being "Choco4" (the actual username had a 4 and then a bunch of other numbers. I think it was a birthday?). Both co-host and Choco were amused by me trolling them like that. --- D |

I had to deal with entitled Karen bullshit type customers so often that it was refreshing to have to someone actually ASK for a special request instead of fucking demanding it (which I always denied). So because she was cool and humble and reasonable, her friend got a nice bday themed pizza (assuming the driver got it there without any driving bullshit, and I do recall telling them to be careful lol). --- D |
