There are a number differences between the two.
Tight Ends- The TE is usually larger and stays next to the offensive line. They mainly do blocking, but occasionaly catch short range passes.
Wide Recievers- The guys are on both sides of the ball and out a ways from the offensive line. They are tall and fast and do most of the catching.

Okay gotcha, what about diff between a running back and a quarter back? I'd imagine they do similar roles, quarterback can pass to a running back and the running back throws to a wide receiver/tight end?

I heard it's a great film, but I'm not really interested if it's just another one of those newbie finds a fighting circuit, trains, and beats the champion at the end kind of thing.

Not like the technology isn't available. What's the point of a new game coming out, you play dynasty mode for the next 12 months and have to abandon it when the new game comes out. You never get to see certain players retire or enter the HoF etc.

Surely all the new games are is updated mechanics and rosters, no reason why you can't transfer your dynasty mode team to a new system as everything's already in place in terms of stats and things.

Just sounds like a no brainer why is this not a thing

so i said fuck this i'll pick some random shit in protest. so when we were all sitting down as a class and making applications online the guy next to me was applying for this thing called civil engineering so i said ok why not i'll pick that too

i just picked the two closest universities to my house, i was lucky that i picked a specialist engineering uni. I was also lucky that it was a fairly new course so I got in with pretty poor grades in maths and physics

there's things that will come to bother you if you go through them enough times. over here it's getting stopped and searched by the police aka racial profiling. or getting followed around a store as soon as you walk in. or police being suspicious of why you're driving around in a nice car.
