they are supposed to be representatives for the people, but she's kind of exaggerating her similarities to them, no?

just because people do something (make themselves appear a certain way) doesn't make it right or honest. why not play up actual similarities instead of making some up?

I go on FB, and there's a study that found that marijuana use affected the DNA of children of users, and that more use correlated with larger changes in DNA.

A bunch of people just posted "bullshit", so I asked what issues they had with the methodology of the study, or what evidence they had to the contrary.

The response i got was essentially "A ton of people, including myself, used marijuana and had positive benefits, and it was recommended to us by doctors. Also, all of our children turned out fine".

And I'm like, none of that refutes the study results at all, and none of that is actual evidence of anything that would suggest that the results are wrong. People somehow thing that a story of their amazing kids somehow is evidence that there are no possible side effects, and that scientific evidence is "bullshit" when it doesn't agree with their own narrative (which is based in their "experience" with marijuana, and with no actual scientific evidence).

I'm trying to get into some of the newer final fantasy games. I never had many newer systems (like after n64/psx, we're talking)

i loved FFVI and FFVII. I replayed FF1 and remembered how bad it was. I've played FFII and FFIII (they aren't very good), as well as FFIV and FFV (don't remember them well, but they were both enjoyable).

I got to play FF8 and FF9, but didn't beat them, would consider playing them again.

but i'm really interested in FFX and later.

I played FFXI some and enjoyed it, but haven't played any of the more traditional ones. From what I looked up, it sound likes FF12 and FF10 are the ones worth playing? Is that right? or are there others i should consider?
