I don't know, my dad had 2 skin colours. Fucking white and lobster, there was no in between. So glad for my Italian side, I got that skin colour while my sister got the Irish though maintained the ability to tan.

My friend has very long hair and a long beard that puts mine to shame. She wanted him to shave/cut off one or the other for their wedding and left it up to him. He shaved.

There's a daughter board attached to the disc drive, if you transplant that to the new drive I believe it'll work. Requires soldering though.

At least I think that is the solution from memory.

The pedal can physically dislodge and slide up and get stuck in a little crease that's sized and positioned PERFECTLY for the pedal to slide in and jam the acceleration pedal at full acceleration.

No, a software update can't fix that.

It's fucking hilarious how the pedal can slide up and lodge itself in a little crease that seems designed to perfectly fit the pedal so it'll stay stuck at full acceleration.

Same kinda thing happened to me once. Pretty close to exactly the same.
I worked in a large office where we all had cubicles and our names were on the outside of the cubicles.
So a group of new people started and one girl sat right next to my good friend there and I noticed she had the same last name as my daughters teacher so the name stuck with me.

then a little bit later she came up to me and started talking to me because she said she saw me at a store (I never saw her) and I was like your name its ****** ********** right? Are you related to ******?
and then after that she started telling everyone I was her stalker and I followed her and I was dangerous and such. I learned this from my friend that sat next to her because shed say it loud to everyone around her whenever Id walk in the building.
It sucked. I did go to management, but then so did she. They told her to stop saying that stuff, but she never did. They asked her to stop numerous times. She never did. So a number of people at that place always thought I was s bad and scary person all because I saw her last name on the outside of her cubicle.

I'm surprised she didn't get fired after she continued to tell people that. That's a potentially big headache for HR in the future.

Oh, don't forget, never dry fire the bow. If you pull back the string you either are firing an arrow or you're gently reducing tension instead of just releasing the string.

If you draw the bow and just release the string without an arrow being fired all the energy goes into the shaft and can seriously damage it even to the point of injuring you.

Simple. Play less hard in games you don't bet on to save energy for games you do bet on.

Games tend to be spread out enough that that's not an issue. Pretty rare to play multiple games in a single day.

No. No athletes should be able to bet on anything in their sport. It is in their contract, and needs to be enforced to ensure the integrity of the game. Refs obviously should never be able to bet, neither should players or coaches. I personally think if you work for a team you it should be in your contract you cant bet on that sport.

The only bet athletes should be allowed to make is on their own team, specifically they should only be allowed to bet that they're going to win.

If every bet they make is that they're going to kick ass and be the best? I don't have a problem with it.

If they want the WNBA to grow they need to cultivate talent and you cannot cultivate talent with salaries like that. Why would a woman actually put serious effort into becoming great at basketball or some other sport when they'll make the same or more in another field that isn't as hard on their body and doesn't risk potential life time injury?

I'm not saying to pay them what players in the NBA are getting but I mean come on, they're not giving women a reason to really dedicate themselves to sport.

Gamefaqs itself might get new users, but not current events. For example, a friend of mine recently got into video games few months back and started visiting gamefaqs for the guides of old games and specific game boards, but there is no way in hell he'll ever peruse social boards and subsequently CE.

So the 5% chance of a new user stumbling upon ce is almost nonexistent. I was on gamefaqs 2 years before I was told about CE, definitely would not have looked for it on my own. So in the modern age, ain't no one gonna be visiting this place least of all the new gens

But see, you did find your way to CE eventually. It's a trickle for sure but new users DO show up here on occasion. That's just impossible now though, it inevitably will result in the eventual death of this board at a faster pace than was happening previously.

You could argue that the difference is negligible and well I don't know if I can argue against that position but I mean making it impossible for people to come here at all I feel will hurt in the long run. We'll see.
