Most places legally cant give out food to strangers in case someone gets sick and sues, from what ive been told.

On the flipside, it becomes totally legal if you donate to an organization that then passes the food off to strangers. A lot of super markets will do that, handing out food that hits the "sell by" date. But you still end up with stores tossing about 300 lbs of product per day as either garbage or compost as well.

That sort of reaction to something can be thought of as a filter. If you're interested in someone, give them the opportunity up front to pull something stupid like this. You want to weed them out before forming a long term commitment.

And if you get really pissed at a boss you can give yourself a gun and shoot them dead. I think the game even gives you an achievement for it.

While it is a fun game, there is a fair bit of platforming to be done. So people who hate platformers may want to hold off.

Like Konosuba it pokes fun at the isekai genre, just from the standpoint of the supposed edgelord protag.

When it comes to isekai in general, the more popular shows that were incorporated into Isekai Quartet are okay, but if you branch out into other stories you'll get a lot cringe, like MCs that purchase sex slaves and talk about how happy their slaves are to be their slaves, etc.

Reddit is good for sharing information about a specific topic or game, but the upvote system and nested conversation structures are garbage.

Some of those countries didn't exist when the Animaniac song was created...

Considering that people usually don't survive helicopter crashes I'd be beyond pissed at that pilot if I was anywhere near that place to witness what happened.

In Fallout 3 the general best strat is to use the specially named sniper rifle that knocks enemies over then rush up to them and spam the Combat Shotgun. That's generally how I fought the absurdly tanky DLC enemies, especially the Super Mutants with the Tri-beam Lasers that dealt specialty damage to the player.

You see that sometimes with petite women. Even if they're in their mid 30's people will stare at them when they go out with their SO in public, casting accusatory gazes at the pair.

At the very least, if they're both consenting adults and fall within the general guidelines of the younger person being at least equal to half the age of the older one plus seven years then people really should just mind their own business.

I encountered a light like that once. Not a car to be seen in any direction, but I still sat there for a minute waiting for it to change, looking around to see if a cop might be hiding somewhere to get some extra tax money for an infraction, before proceeding through.

It's a similar thing with empty parking lots that have Stop signs every 30 feet. If I have clear sight lines with zero cars nearby, then there isn't a rational reason to stop every 30 feet.

I remember the Tomb Raider reboot having gruesome death scenes.

IIRC one of them was featured on the bit where Conan O'Brien "reviewed" the game. Definitely a cringe-worthy death scene. Just looking at it might cause phantom pain.

You work Walmart if you want to have a half dozen middle managers yelling at you simultaneously to do five different things in the same time frame only to be fired when the sixth one feels pissy that didn't jump on the thing that they personally wanted you to do.

IIRC Spears in D&D 5th edition at least have the Versatile tag. This makes them decent options for low level monks, since they count as a Monk Weapon and you can use the higher damage die when attacking with the spear before utilizing your Martial Arts die for the remaining attacks.

All my interactions with CVS have been negative. I'll only agree with people that call them a garbage tier company.

Then there are games with firearms where the pistols are the strongest options while assault rifles are inaccurate garbage in comparison.

If they made an entire series with that Elsa in it I'd watch it.

My memories on specifics were fuzzy, but I definitely knew the common knowledge went that way. There's probably a route with conversations that allude to it or something. Histories you could read, something.

As I recall you only need one settlement, Sanctuary. Nobody forces you to build or develop the other settlements.

Outside of factional requirements, you just need a place to build a story macguffin. The Railroad will have you set up a Settlement, while the Minutemen require something like 8 to access The Castle and gain their unique firepower.

Settlements are one of the most fun things about 4 until the bugs start happening.

Which can be as soon as you populate Sanctuary and get the '0 beds available' bug, forcing you to walk into the Settlement and open workshop mode for the game to load properly and realize, "Oh, yeah, all these beds, crops, and water sources DO EXIST!"

Also, be warned that once you get above 20 or so Settlements an attack on one can trigger a chain of attacks to them all. So unless you want to babysit Settlements all the time it is best to limit yourself to 2-3 that are built up, along with the few freebies you get from quests.

It's a fun shooter-based action RPG. If you compare to traditional PCRPGs, or the writing of an Obsidian game, you may end up angry and/or throwing feces around the room. YMMV.

Well, they're the closest to a traditional political base. If you live in their affluent suburbs you're afforded a great deal in your quality of life. If you're in an outlying area they might use a post-apocalyptic version of eminent domain to get access to resources, but otherwise you're largely left on your own.

Still, having local powers loosely aligned with them provides the balance of access to resources and a structure that doesn't result in half the population being subservient property of others. The NCR isn't overly interested in local issues, but having some connection to them can provide benefits. It's still up to the locals to make the best of things.
