I've been building rep with him because you build it by asserting how strong and nefarious you are to him. Was I actually supposed to try and have as little rep as possible with him for the bonus?

It says there's something for breaking Hanharr's spirit however you do this. I've found a conversation chain where you can promise to not dishonor him and get +1 constitution out of it, but that seems like the opposite.

It's a Dark Side thing, I don't remember the exact steps but it does something like -2 Int +2 Str.

You can repeat it until his Int drops below 0 and it wraps back around to the maximum.

You keep your file if you wipe, it gets set to Custom and continues as normal. You're still limited to one save slot if it happens though.

It does keep the Honor Mode legendary actions and whatnot?

I tried my own Custom and it had LA but not all of them.

There were over 300 Covenant ships at Reach when the battle was reaching it's conclusion.

Yeah, the whole thing there was talking about how Humans only beat Covvie in space when they outnumber them 5 to 1, and at Reach that was reversed.

So it's really bad for Halo Humans but the Imperium would barely notice.
