things are so far past "Israel needs to improve their target selection" at this point. 15,000 Palestinian children are dead. if Israel could carry this out in a sensible manner they would've done so already. a ceasefire is the least that needs to happen, let alone some kind of reparations for the immense destruction and loss of life in Gaza. Hamas has no strategic value in hiding behind its civilians. They are outnumbered and need to surrender. The Japanese had no strategic value in hiding out in Manila. It was decimated and the commanding general of that affair was rightfully executed for war crimes. If you really want to boil it down- nobody was going to die on October 6thbut the plan was in place to be stupid. No it did not do nothing to end segregation but it created strong communities within black neighborhoods that still exist today because of the efforts put into raising up these schools. Plus you can see some of these schools still in existence today as some communities fought to preserve this heritage and save the old schools. Rosenwald schools are rich in local history of southern communities
