Cyrus placed her hands on her hips, and accessorized with thin rectangular sunglasses and dainty earrings. Her blonde-highlighted hair was swept away from her face, appearing to be blown by a fan or wind machine. Cyrus ditched a caption altogether to let the photo do the talking. Where she lacked in words, however, her fans brought to the comments section, begging the singer-songwriter to perform during Sunday's ceremony. "Its not the GRAMMYs this year its the GRAMMILEYs," one user wrote, while another commented, "MILEY TO THE GRAMMYS?? " One follower pleaded, "Please perform at the Grammys ." Cyrus has yet to be confirmed as a performer, but Smilers are still hoping that she will take the mic on Sunday. She is up for Song of the Year ("Flowers"), Record of the Year ("Flowers), Best Pop Solo Performance ("Flowers"), Best Pop Vocal Album (Endless Summer Vacation), Album of the Year (Endless Summer Vacation), and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for "Thousand Miles" with Brandi Carlile. Last year, Cyrus announced she would not be going on a tour for this album.
