Neo Nazis are also a specific group of people that admire the original Nazis and dress like them, etc. They would probably agree with these white nationalists but it wouldnt be accurate to just call everyone involved a Neo Nazi. Calling them MAGAs or Trump Supporters wouldnt be accurate either because the group you are talking about goes beyond Trump.
