Even with the obvious target of Lucas, I feel he had control issues going into them and I feel bad for him, but I don't HATE him. Even then, the past is the past, the prequels are made and done, and if we want to debate their quality, I'm always ready for that, BUT I refuse to take it personally. --- CyricZ |

I'm not disputing that "jobs" are a good platform, nor that the Dems could be helped by getting some votes in "middle America", but then, Dems could be helped by getting a lot of very different votes. Also, yes, it's probably not healthy to be calling people who voted for Trump Nazis, but no politician is currently running on that platform. You want people to not call you a Nazi? Cool, I want people to not call me a Commie, or a cuck, or a snowflake. We all want things in life. Regardless, our dude here makes the mistake a lot of CEfolk make: assuming that by presenting "facts" and "reason" that it doesn't matter how much of a dick they sound like. Granted he sounds less of a dick than our usual suspects, but as I mentioned earlier, he's got an odd focus on "political correctness" and "leaving fiction alone" to add on to his issues of concern. I'm allowed to agree on some points and not on others, and still point out that his presentation as a whole comes across as arrogant. So when people ask the question, "Why are you booing him? And I don't think such an argument goes against the idea that any person working should be paid a livable wage.
