When I was a kid I had a lot of those little Pokemon toys. The little tiny ones, you know? And so one day I got a little Sonic the Hedgehog toy from a fast food place, can't remember which one. But it was Sonic and you dragged him backward on the ground to make him shoot forward.

And I made him fight the Pokemon. Best believe I had some of the good toys too. Mewtwo held his ass in place with Psychic while Nidoking and Machamp beat his sorry ass. So that's pretty much proof that Sonic would lose in a Pokemon battle.

It is kinda funny that this site is so uptight. There are a few games where you can get modded for posting screenshots of the game. You can post things on Facebook that would get you warned here. The site is so concerned with protecting everyone's feelings the best way to avoid getting modded is to simply not post. You could be breaking rules and not even know it right now. I've shed over a hundred pounds this last year and there was no pill, there was no miracle, there was no trick to boost my metabolism. I had to actually sit down and evaluate my eating habits (which were horrible) and get decent exercise. I didn't do anything crazy. One hour in the gym on alternating days four days a week, half hour to cardio, half hour to weights. I stopped eating portions for three people.

If you want to build muscle, diet is extremely important, but for now just focus on losing weight. If you just want to lose weight (you do for now), you can eat what you want, just measure your portions and be sensible (in addition to exercise with a focus on cardio)

There's a trick I found that works. You gotta treat yourself like you would treat a five year old sometimes, because there's still a five year old in all of us that screams I DON'T WANNA whenever you gotta do the things you don't want to do. You gotta tell that little shit to straighten up and do the thing. Or no video games.
