Customers set to receive the first Tesla Cybertrucks this November can't resell their vehicles during the first year, according to Tesla's terms and conditions.

Tesla added a section titled "For Cybertruck Only" to its Motor Vehicle Order Agreement, which laid out the new rules.

"You agree that you will not sell or otherwise attempt to sell the Vehicle within the first year following your Vehicle's delivery date," it says.

"Tesla may seek injunctive relief to prevent the transfer of title of the Vehicle or demand liquidated damages from you in the amount of $50,000 or the value received as consideration for the sale or transfer, whichever is greater. Tesla may also refuse to sell you any future vehicles," it says.

But if a customer has a good reason to sell their Cybertruck, Tesla may agree to buy it back at the original price minus "$0.25/mile driven, reasonable wear and tear, and the cost to repair the Vehicle to Tesla's Used Vehicle Cosmetic and Mechanical Standards."

If Tesla does not want to purchase the vehicle, the company may then agree to let the customer sell it to someone else.

Given the subscription model of much of the software Tesla EVs use, resale can be complicated. The Full Self-Driving feature, which costs up to $199 per month, is not transferable to a new owner, Fast Company reported.

First announced in 2019, the Cybertruck is Tesla's first new product in years, and it is expected to shake up the electric pickup-truck market. Tesla originally said the price of the truck would start at $39,900, but it's likely to be much more expensive due to pricey building materials.

The problem these days with Beats (outside of pricing) is that Apple just never fucking refreshes them. Sony actually typically has excellent audio products and they have the best noise cancellation in the industry. I imagine the ear buds are going to be a legit good product.

The problem with Sony though is very much the same problem as Apple, they love proprietary shit, if they can lock you in to their eco system they will absolutely try to do that.

These come with a proprietary dongle for using them with your PS5 or PC/Mac lol

Nope, I know some bits & pieces but it's alright, I stopped following the story after Revelations and a bit of AC3.

Okay yeah, there's too much to explain so if you actually want to know you'll have to look up the Isu lore for Valhalla.

(The basic high-level gist of it is that Eivor (the playable character of Valhalla) and all the major characters (including Basim, the playable character of Mirage) are all reincarnations of the Norse Gods (Odin, Thor, Freya, Loki, Tyr, etc), who were all real Isu that lived 75,000 years ago).

Did you play Valhalla? The main playable character in Mirage is the same guy that shows up in Valhalla.

Basically it just gets revealed that Nehal, Basim's "friend", has not only actually been a figment of his imagination the entire time, but is also in fact actually the consciousness of Loki inside of him. So what the big deal?

People are worried about two possible things:

1. That this means that you can only ever pair one console with one disc drive (ie. if you want to re-sell the disc drive or need to buy another one it won't work).
2. That at some super far off point in the future that pairing won't be possible because Sony will have turned off the servers to do so.

Now there's no evidence of 1 being the case at all. I wouldn't be surprised if there were limitations, but there's no way it'll be 1:1 and that's it.

#2 is a possibility, but it'll likely occur at some point so far in the future it won't even matter, and it's not like the original phat disc version PS5s are going to vanish off the face of the earth.
