They are very effective against some enemies, and just lets you have every character cover every element without needing materia.

Yuffie/Red/Tifa would be the ideal party.

After getting Cait Sith, I set the presets like this, so everyone has synergies that lets them increase their limit level.

Cloud/Tifa/Aerith
Cloud/Red/Yuffie
Cloud/Cait/Barret

Just kept them like that and cycle through them from time to time.

I will say unlocking the Johnny wall was daunting. That's a level of completion i'm not sure i'll do.

There is in fact a setting to turn off MAI on retries after completing once.

It's on the third region. The a new version of the Wall Market gym minigame from Remake. One of the inputs is now to hold L2 or R2 halfway to build a gauge, then press it all the way down when it fills. I don't know if you can actually turn it off for that.

Adaptive triggers though, certainly ruined a certain minigame

Change party in the Party Menu....sorry, nope can't do that. Gotta go to the Combat Menu.

Btw you can cycle through your preset parties on the field by bringing up the X menu. So you can swap with two button presses at any time. No need to keep going into the Combat Menu unless you wanna edit your presets.

Harmony is all waifus and all useable with Topaz and Jinglu. If you don't like any of them, then yeah, that is your problem.

You can make all waifu teams that are pretty strong. Really it's only imaginary dps that we missing.

1. Double crit pieces, never trash, regardless of main stat.
2. Energy ropes, never trash.
3. After that, DEF pieces on Elemental% sets i always trash. If a DEF dps ever comes out, well I already saved the double crit ones from the first point.

I constantly out of level up books. Bad choices.

Like I finished leveling Lynx cus hey, cleanse and Bailu doesn't have one. Only to hate the whole aggro mechanic she has with Destruction characters and whatnot. And then Bailu tanked Sam and the Death meme like a champ anyway that I don't wanna bother with Lynx anymore.

After finishing this, can safely say this has the best daily life music compared to 4 and 5. In p5 Beneath the Mask is excellent but the rest is whatever, and I find p4 to be a bit too intrusive.

Ok I finished it and was kinda underwhelmed by Nyx. Maybe cus years ago Woolie overhyped it and made it seem like going through the arcana journey was this epic, mind blowing revelation about what MC has gone through, but it was more generic like all fortune telling is. 5 > 3 > 4 as far as evil god boss fights go. Can't beat "Pillage him, Satanael".

How many free days did you end up with while following a guide? Cus I remember in Royal you could max everything like 2 weeks before the original final boss without a guide. It was pretty easy.

Still stuck at 30 stars in MoC. I really don't know for floors 11 or 12 which sustain to use for the non Huohuo side. I don't have Fu Xuan and Luocha, but everyone else. The status effects are really the issue. Is Lynx the best option for that?

Also used Kafka/Black Swan/Huo Huo/Ruan Mei team the whole time and it's like Penacony enemies were designed for them. Except for the monkey that has that shield bounce mechanic.

I think the biggest issue is that both Kafka and BS feel a bit squishy, the sp economy is pretty tight, and in fact I beat Sam just with Ruan Mei and Huohuo alive, just them tanking while he sucked his own life and the Arcana ticks from the off-field Black Swan lmao

Also heard atk% orb is better cus you already get a lot of dmg% from the EHR conversion + Ruan Mei

I have two options for Black Swan. Always 4pc DoT and 2pc Glamoth.

160 spd in battle
110% EHR

3200 atk
152 spd in battle
133% EHR
