There's this girl with whom I'm talking in OKC, we have been talking for the past 3 weeks and we are pretty compatible.

She just sent me a message saying that her dad died yesterday. Now I feel awful, not in the damn-that-killed-the-mood way, but in the actually feeling bad for her way.

I guess this is one of the risks of opening for a relationship, you double the chances of stuff like this.


Anyway, I needed to write that somewhere.

TC also remember that if you clear a stage once (even with continues) it unlocks it in stage practice so you can practice it individually without needing to do all the stages before it

I think MariAli is worse, mainly because Alice is useless. I prefer doing Marisa solo runs.

A giant bullet that chases you, all while shooting out bullets on the sides. You have to try and dodge that, while also dodging the bullets it's shooting. I hate this thing so damn much.

You have to spin around it and use your judgement to get between the small red shots at the best moment. Then when you hear the sound of the blue shots charging, move away from it and if possible behind it relative to its movement.

I've beaten Flandre thrice, took me over 5 years. I find that playing 14.5 is the best way of getting your danmaku dodging up to level.




Cirno's opener is best avoided with Marisa. She's fast enough to sidestep them (except in Lunatic where there's extra stuff). Try Illusion Laser Marisa, I know homing shots are practical but piercing lasers + 10 second bomb beats everything.


For Icicle Fall, I believe up to Normal you can be right in front of her since there's a safespot there.

If your GPU is good enough, get a 1080 or 1440 monitor @144Hz. Higher framerate is better than high resolution for playing.

The Benq Z series are decent and not too expensive.

Eh, I don't think it'll be that great. The main limiting factor when compressing gasoline is the octane number. You can control the ignition as much as you want, the max attained pressure won't change.

1070 is way better than 1060 6GB. If you can afford it go for the 1070.

You can run a 1080p @120Hz with it too, the increased framerate is glorious gamewise.

That's like 1000 cycles, still have some 5x left.

In 6 months of usage I've written 1 cycle in my Intel 750 and less than 1/3 of my EVO 850. The only reason I'll ever have to replace them is because they'll become obsolete.

I would argue it's perfect. I have a 200gig SSD that I use strictly for OS needs and drivers. HDD for everything else.

Everything runs great.

Load times are taking a hit, especially in open games. Not necessarily big, but it's there.

I used to fear filling my SSD and spending life cycles. But I have since realized they're sturdier than we may think, so now I don't use HDDs anymore. Noisewise it's a huge difference not having a spinner around.

Oh, I missed the SSD part. I saw WD then I instaassumed it was a HDD.

Still, 120GB SSD is really low for that card. That's like two games worth of space that this card won't be able to run @ 4k 120 fps. And it's silly getting bottlenecked by the HDD.

Get 1TB.

Also it's kind of pointless that the CPU is watercooled and the GPU apparently isn't. The latter will raise internal temps anyway, so why bother.

Kind of the separate version of the SSD bit in a hybrid hard drive. It caches the most used files so that they don't need to be loaded from the HDD. Peak speed is 500MBish?

Compared to a NVMe is really slow, and very expensive. And that coming from someone who has an Intel 750 1.2 TB.

A is a ripoff.

The other two are OK except for the lack of SSD, which is criminal with those specs. I recently built a GTX 1080 PC and just got 2 SSDs.

Optane is crap compared to a regular SSD BTW.

Get B, then get a decent SSD with the money. Or better build your own PC as it'll be a bit cheaper.
