Sounds fine and dandy until radical insurgencies pop up and threaten you and your family's well-being.

Because in Marocco, a developped French-speaking Arab country, there is nothing but radical terrorism all day long.

As someone actually living in Paris, it really depends on the neighborhood and zone. The West and South are still pretty much white.

Also, most of these people are second generation. They are French by birth. And their parents come from ex-colonies, which were French territory back then.

I don't see why. I've never felt his books would be improved with sex scenes.

Lust is another facet of human personality. Your characters feeling none of it isn't important in action scenes, but can matter in romantic scenes. Not necessarily full blown sex scenes.

He definitely has enough talent to cover for it by writing about tons of other stuff. But it's lacking nonetheless.

Default language bar:

kOGElw7

When you switch to JP it first looks like this, and you can only type romaji:

DnYmAfR

Click on the small A and select hiragana to type in hiragana, it'll look like this:

uoWWiFu

This is Win10, it's the same in 8 and 7.

ok. how do i type it if i dont have a japanese keyboard? is there a way to have an onscreen on e

If you have the language installed, use Winbutton + spacebar to switch languages.

Then click on the small A that appeared on the language bar near JP on the bottom right and select hiragana.

Hiragana is written by typing normal letters. Like if you want to write watashi just type it. Then spacebar converts it to kanji, enter leaves it as kana.

Just add it as a keyboard language in Control Panel. Should be immediate unless you have a Windows version older than 7.

Also copypasting Japanese is natively supported, but some captchas don't allow pasting. You'll have to type.

Hitting a meteor is pretty hard, since they are tiny and there is so much space in between. When NASA launches probes beyond the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, they don't take them into account. And so far there hasn't been any collisions.

Another contest down, last one before the 5 year anniversary. This time around 199 gifts were given, which is a respectable amount for a Summer Sale.

As always, thanks to everyone who brighted the day of other people (myself included) by gifting them games. It's sweeter getting gifted something than buying it yourself.

Now, on to the results.

The top gifter this time around, with 48 gifts...BMXJouster! Congrats, you get 2 giftboxes.

Second place, with 25 gifts, Alakazamtrainer! One for you.

Now, for the lottery. As always, I'll be using random.org. And remember that because of the header, the line to be read in the doc is the random number +1.

The lucky numbers are...

186: BMXJouster +1 = 3
30: Instareturns +1 = 1
175: Alakazamtrainer + 1 = 2
134: Chrisjh0223 + 1 = 1 (which was BTW his only gift)
118: drake_skull + 1 = 1
129: FaultyGourry + 1
55: CrimsonAngel + 1
144: FaultyGourry + 1 = 2
53: fire_bolt + 1 = 1
158: CrimsonAngel + 1 = 2

Congrats to all the winners! You can get your prize via games, Paypal, Amazon or they can stay in your account until such time you want something. PM me with your choice.

All right folks, that's all for this year. I like that the prizes were pretty distributed. See you in Christmas!

Okay, I'm loving Hollow Knight so far. I'm like 30 minutes into it so far, got my butt kicked the first time by this big beetle with a club...came back and whooped him and then broke this cute looking caterpillar out of a glass jar. Dude looked so happy that I let him go. ^_^

Whats the deal with it? I keep hearing about this game.

As someone who 100%'d the game, I'll field this.

Short version is it's a Metroidvania with an emphasis on exploring and melee based combat. The world feels very Dark Souls-esque and it has a difficulty that matches that at times (git gud scrub is one of the two pieces of advice I give most people. The other is backtrack and explore for stuff you missed). The game is absolutely HUGE, with a large array of bosses and secrets to find. If you like 2D platformers, I highly recommend it. Just be aware that a standard first time run takes around 40 hours typically. When I say the game is huge I mean it.

How does it compare to, say, Salt and Sanctuary?
