I never do the drive through at Culvers because it's a guaranteed 5+ minute wait. I don't really fault them for it since they cook it all fresh, but I think they're kidding themselves by even offering the option.

I voted Sonic because the one I used to go to would take an incomprehensibly long time for even the simplest orders. Like 15 min.

To determine the most popular fast-food chain in each state, Foursquare looked at which chains received the most visits on average per location in every state based on the total number of visits to each chain divided by the number of locations in that state.

Basically, if there's only a small handful of locations that are consequently very busy because of that fact (or even just because of small numbers + busy locations in general), it's gonna get ranked high.

Yeah, that's a pretty shitty methodology. Obviously chains with only a few locations that are popular due to being a novelty and having less competition will dominate, which seems to be the case for Chick-fil-a in all these northern states (I think there's like 5 of them total in WI).

This is the key. Yeah everybody gets a little attached to things, but an apartment was never yours to start with. You were likely going to move from there eventually, so might as well take advantage of what sounds like an upgrade in every way.

It honestly is dirty but I don't see why anyone fucking cares. It's not literally covered in sewage or some shit. It's mostly residue from dead leaves after rains.

What could they legally do if you just ignored them?

My last house was in a neighborhood with an HOA. There was a rule against having any outbuildings (sheds, etc.). Some guy built a playhouse (about 4' x 4') for his kids in the backyard and they straight-up sued him. Oh and they lost, which was awesome until they doubled our HOA fees to cover some $30,000 in legal expenses.
