I think TC is probably in the clear on this. The reason I'm speculating that is because while as others have pointed out, honoring an advertised price is often a common practice but not a requirement, those situations where the price is not honored almost always occur prior to the sale. For example, if you bring a mis-marked item to the checkout and they tell you it was priced incorrectly and will actually be $50 more, you might be upset but you still are able to decline purchasing the item. Similarly, if you find some glitched price on an online site, they might cancel your order before it ships which may be frustrating, but again, you are not incurring any undisclosed charges. In this particular situation, even though it seems to pretty clearly be a mistake, it would be rather like a store informing you the day after a purchase that the price was wrong and they're going to charge you extra even though the sale was finalized. I haven't really heard of that happening and if you have a receipt or record or some sort, that seems like it would be pretty easy to dispute, especially for consumable items like food which you can't even return or resell. But I'd be interested to hear if someone has an example of something like that happening.

Right... the lowercase and everything make it look too cutesy. The old logo did need an update, but you can have a modern logo without looking like a social media startup. See Tesla for example.

Due to a combination of little free time (adult life) and a perpetual game backlog, I practically never play new game + modes. I also practically never 100% games anymore. But I can see it being a nice option for people who want to keep playing the game.

This doesn't seem incredibly surprising to me. Of the current generation, the PS4 and XB1 are 7 years old and their successors were planned for quite some time, so I would expect their sales to be declining. Meanwhile the Switch is only 3.5 years old and Nintendo is continuing to keep it in demand through both a solid game library and their infamous hardware supply throttling, so I would expect its sales to be more steady. I like my Switch and all, but I'd be more impressed if it cracks a more objective milestone, like say, 100 million sold, rather than just showing solid sales over a period of time with reduced competition.

It was entertaining overall. It was nice that with the R rating they didn't have to hold back in the fight scenes and there are a few moments that are pretty badass. I was a little disappointed with how far they strayed from the source with the portrayal of Cassandra though.

I think every game I've played that uses a timestamp has included the date. That being said, I vastly prefer the total play time. The best answer is to provide both.
