So I put that together in about 10 minutes based on the old format. I can't really put in the time to maintain it in the future though.

The first battle should be on there, and I left a format on the battle page, so whoever wants to keep up with update can just copy/paste that.

Take a look through it, let me know if that's how you want it (for example, do you want to keep track of voting of judges on the battle page? I put that on there, but I can take it out if need be)

Also I'm too lazy to go through and fix the censoring. You can remove that yourself if you so desire.

Both can. It's not that hard for straight to contract. May have been higher infection rate per 1000 in such a group due to more sexually permissive / partner swapping tendencies, but the biology of it doesn't have a whole lot of differences.
Nah, if you're a guy who only has sex with women in the vagina it's pretty hard to contract. The rate of infection in men who don't have sex with men is incredibly low.

My biggest concern is what these fools have just done to contract law. Oh, it's fine to force people into private contracts if we look at it as a tax. Sure! Why not have a tax on people who don't take out bank loans from approved lenders? Or how about a tax on people who don't have approved gym memberships? Why in the hell shouldn't there be a tax on people who don't have government approved private nannies?! It's just... they can make you do ANY random s*** now, all they have to do is make it a tax.

Or it's a tax on everybody, and only people who pay for their health insurance get a tax deduction.

I mean, tax deductions from charitable donations mean that the government is implicitly taxing most of the country for NOT being charitable.

The Court holds that the mandate violates the Commerce Clause, but that doesn't matter b/c there are five votes for the mandate to be constitutional under the taxing power.

XD this is a s***show. I'm stepping away from this for a bit.

So basically, as I understand it.

There were two main ways to justify it (as opposed to two ways of striking it down). It could be justified as a tax or as interstate commerce. It was not justified under interstate commerce, but that doesn't make it illegal. Tax provisions do justify it.

Is this correct?

I did NOT see the Tarlokk ending coming at all. Props for that. Though it does make me question what the threat is next year. Especially since Korra's now fully Avatar'd out.

If she had to go on a spirit journey for a season while the new threat arises that would be a potentially awesome plot.

I thoroughly enjoyed this season despite its flaws, though the post murder-suicide bits undermined it a bit. Looking forward to the next season, but not as much as when I thought it would be a continuation of the Amon story and potentially have Korra having to get her powers back.
