I still don't get why anyone would though. There is nothing exclusive on it and its been out for 2 years. Maybe eventually when FF7 Rebirth comes out? We all know it will go to PC though after like 6 months.

The only other thing I would care about a little is Ratchet and Clank.

Are you kidding? G4 was doomed from the start and was constantly losing viewers whether she was on it or not.

I don't think she is wrong but I do think there is a time and place and she was too focused on the sexism that was going on. Sexism is a societal problem that no one individual or company can really do anything about except mitigate it. It also extends much further than just gamers; which she will probably see in other industries.

Destiny basically kickstarted Hasan's career on Twitch.

Destiny can be insufferable when it comes to some topics but at least the guy has thoughtful opinions and seems to know what he is talking about. Hasan is mostly a clout chaser.

I am pretty "left" when it comes to politics.

Hasan is an absolute stooge that is obsessed with himself and has an incredibly fragile ego. How anyone can spend more than 5 minutes watching him talk over videos, incessantly whining, is beyond me. Slightly worries me about youth in this country.

People like believing some entity or person has all of the answers when we are all somewhat clueless.

That's what I am referring to. For example, they have compared brains between autistic people and random control samples and have not notable differences.

First off, the ASD group had no differences in overall brain size (intracranial volume). Nor were there any group differences in the volumes of most brain areas; the only significant finding here was an increased ventricle volume in the ASD group, but even this had a small effect size (d = 0.34). Enlarged ventricles is not specific to ASD by any means the same thing has been reported in schizophrenia, dementia, and many other brain disorders.

On the differences, they actually found that smaller sample sizes made their model more accurate it was, showing that there is no actual correlation.

Also again there is no REAL baseline/neurotypical/healthy brain. It's not a simple organ like most others in our body. While structured similarly, we all have differences.

Elaborate? I can point out multiple studies showing no real notable differences between those diagnosed with a certain disorder and control brains that weren't diagnosed with it.

I am treading waters carefully here as every time I discuss this topic (specifically with one diagnosis that starts with an "A") I tend to get modded but it grinds my gears that everybody is convinced they have this or that psychological disorder when we are unable to define a baseline "normal functioning" brain.

I am mainly talking about disorders where research is unable to differentiate the physiological differences between those that have it and those that do not. For example, it has been proven that schizophrenic brains are structurally different than those that do not have the disorder.

Why is it so important that people to categorize themselves in such a rigid and restrictive way? Almost as if they are convinced they were born as a different species.

I understand why it is important for psychiatrists to categorize and identify what a person may currently be presenting as but I think it is incredibly restrictive for people to build their identities around these labels. We pretend as if these people's behaviors aren't mutable in the least despite there being evidence to contrary. There are many cases of people (especially kids) actually losing their "symptoms" and shedding their diagnosis.

At 18 99% of people don't have any real source of income and haven't done any type of trade school or college. Most don't even know what they want to do with their lives. If they got in a relationship with a 30 y/o the power imbalance would just be too huge.

I'd question how a 30 y/o got to know them in the first place and if they were specifically going for an 18 y/o it just sounds predatory.

I don't hate many people. I dislike him though. A true Edison of our times but with even less original inventions and born wealthy.

He must lol. But really I cannot comprehend the selfishness of the incredibly wealthy (100mil+). I'd pour most of my money into research for cures or developments to make life better for everybody...not just in exploiting more of the labor class to see if I can milk even more.

I respect their position for the most part, but hard-line veganism lacks a lot of nuance that it could really stand to have. Not all animal products are intrinsically unethical.

?? Honey you can say does no harm but the egg industry is brutal with how they treat animals. They kill a large majority of male chicks a lot of times grinding them up while still alive. The treatment is UNAVOIDABLE with how much eggs are in demand as well.

I could be vegan but I choose not to because it is inconvenient. Instead I TRY to reduce the amount of animal products I consume treating meat more like a supplement than an everyday staple.
