From what I remember "American Wagyu" is a crossbreed between Wagyu and Angus. It tastes great, but obviously not as great as Kobe beef specifically. By the way, "wagyu" literally means Japanese cow, so any cow from Japan qualifies.

For years I argued in good faith with people while they would sling insults at me and I would ignore them while I focused on whatever talking points they had. I didn't think it mattered until moderators acted on the bullshit accusations and it was treated as some sort of "history". The only historic part about it is the long history of trolls making horrific accusations about me, mods doing nothing against them (probably because I didn't embark on mass marking campaigns like those trolls would), and me asking for proof and never getting any, just "we all know the 'history' dude!!!"

Whenever I need to do it at work, I'm garbage at it because I resent having to do it, but if I'm administering a system for something I actually care about, I do a decent job since I'll bother exploring the options and figuring out optimal setups for what I'm trying to do.

YAML files aren't code or script and I fucking hate working with them for kubernetes (speaking as a software "engineer") because there are too many parameters that I don't care to memorize.

I always used to say on 261 that joining NATO was the only real path for ending the war and that Ukraine should be admitted immediately rather than being just sent weapons and expected to bleed out Russia in a forever war, and all the hawks called me a Russian tool for that, lol. Now the war is predictably still ongoing with no end in sight. Of fucking course they want to join NATO, and they need to be admitted.
