I've been arrested multiple times and have been removed from my vehicle on routine traffic stops. Not once have I ever thrown my hands up and refused to get outta the car like a fucking baby. Not every cop is out here trying to beat the shit outta people for no reason.

One almost immediately goes to help, but in situations like that its better not to touch the person in fear of making things worse. Take football games for example, they leave the person laying on the field until all medical people are on the scene and can safely move the person. If one of those cops tried to move the guy or do anything it could have ended a lot worse.

I have the right to search inmates lockers I still often ask if its ok with them. Amazing how being polite tends to make them more relaxed about me going through their shit. They let me either way but if I just tell them im gonna they are quicker to give me lip.

More to the topic at hand though. This is completely irrelevant to the fact he was killed. Even in that incident even if he had been actually stealing things it was wrong to kill him since it wasnt the property of those who killed him.
