Cops use their discretion to determine if they want to give you a ticket for breaking the law or not. You catch a cop in a good mood and they let you slide for going 50 in a 30. Catch them in a bad mood and it's a ticket for going 35 in a 30. There is already a human element at play in out CJ system.

If ever there was a time when the human element should override what is in the books, it should be a scenario in which a parent watched a video of someone raping their daughter and the motherfucker was not only in close vicinity, but someone he knew and trusted. Like if ever there is a time to say "yeah, we know the laws say this, but the laws weren't written with this scenario in mind," its something like this ffs...

But it begs the question. If someone in plain clothes pulled a gun on you and claimed to be a cop, would you believe them?

Lying to employers should be everyones standard. Theyre not going to be honest with you, you dont have to be honest with them and youre doing yourself a disservice by being honest.

Which is why there is a better way to get them to release a bite (that I posted earlier) that doesn't result in any dead or injured dogs. Kicking it in the ribs or hitting its face/nuts isnt going to do shit.

Devin, I totally agree with you. I was thinking about in a situation like that, i would kick the pitbull on the balls with all my strength.

But something tells me that anyone attacking the pitbull would be in trouble one way or another for animal abuse or something like. Even the owner, despite the pitbull's aggressive behavior, would end up suing the peole attacking his dog.
