iOS now has proper file browsing, the App Store is a lot more lax and now has full-fledged emulators on it, sideloading and third-party app store support is being slowly rolled out, RCS messaging support is apparently being rolled out this Fall. On second thought that did come off weird. Just using my mother's job as an example, she's in a well-funded district that's never been understaffed and has more than enough resources available at a moment's notice. For underfunded schools the lack of resources and competent/motivated staff is clearly a huge issue, but from what I hear on a consistent basis, the larger elephant in the room seems to be a combination of younger people becoming progressively dumber, less social, and more cruel while their parents seem to turn a blind eye and become combatitive whenever the finger is pointed at them. --- Thanks for reading! |

The problem has nothing to do with schools lacking resources or funding and everything to do with schools being terrified of liability and litigation while non-tenured staff are being paid so increasingly little that they have no reason to care about their job. My mother's been working in a well-funded district for years where you'd expect there to be no problems, yet they're facing the same issues as schools nationwide. I consistently hear the most insane stories you can imagine. Students are borderline illiterate, can't communicate, and are outrageously disrespectful towards their peers and staff alike. Teachers have to walk on eggshells during conferences or behavioral meetings because parents lose their minds at the simple thought of their children not being viewed as anything other than a well-behaved genius. --- Thanks for reading! |

I remember all the fake activists that acted like they suddenly cared about animals or animal conditions and actually wanted a human child potentially dead to punish a mother.It's understandable why the zoo acted cautiously but the chances of the child being potentially dead were nonexistent. The exact situation has happened before in recent history and there were no fatalities or animal-related injuries. If anything the fact that the kid was close to a silverback greatly reduced the chances of the situation getting worse. It was a horrible situation all around but the fact of the matter is the staff of the zoo made what they felt to be the right decision and the child fortunately wasn't injured. My first FO game was 3 and it was my real first open-world RPG. Really enjoyed it, and was put off by the age of FO1 and 2. Eventually gave them a shot and they're by far the best games in the series. So much roleplaying, and you forget about the age real quick as long as text can immerse you.I have no issue with older PC games but for some reason I can't get into the originals. The movement just feels so weird and the combat feels unengaging. I want to get into the older lore though and immerse myself as I've only heard great things about them, especially FO2. --- Thanks for reading! |

I still think the original plot could have been fun to see play out where Michael and Trevor were originally brothers and (who would become) Franklin ended up being an undercover FBI agent.

Hell, you could just live in the world and not give a shit about the quests.Should I really try to get back into Fallout 2? disagree. gta 5 has some of the best writing in video games.It's still one of my favorite games but I strongly disagree. There's a huge writer's voice problem with a lot of characters' dialogue and the satire in the game is a lot more mean-spirited than in previous games.
