That issue was because of the game in question being Ubisoft rather than Steam and being region locked.

This one is a spare code from a bundle, for Steam, so shouldn't be an issue.

I'll check over the entry attempts a bit later. Also, from now on, a message ID ending in either 0 or 5 qualifies.

I mean... My concern was more just, I didn't want people to get disqualified because they made another post just commenting or asking questions about the giveaway. If a post qualifies under the time limit and message ID rules I'm not gonna be pedantic about whether the user remembered to say they were entering or not.

Remember, the rules have changed now and a message ID ending in either 0 or 5 qualifies. Also there's no point in trying to enter again if you're already in; if I were to allow double ups it'd just split the vote for you anyway.
