What bothers me the most is that uninfected people suddenly treat them like they're monsters and not diseased humans. Like there's no compassion that they're bashing in the skulls and blowing the heads off sick people. They almost seem to enjoy killing people in zombie form. First week back on the bike after the NBA All Star Break. Counting Sunday I did 100 miles and 1500 ft elevation pretty easy with weights, but my weight is basically the same at 248. Remember two things. Good stuff might be happening in the background. You could be gaining muscle and scale still shows pounds. And if you are really at a place we're you are just not losing. I had a long commute to the city where I worked, so I had to leave very early to avoid traffic. Otherwise, I would be stuck for hours. That meant I had some extra time before work. I used to go to McDonalds and order four hash browns and an egg biscuit. I was well prepared. I had plates and cutlery in my car. I also had my special pink salt and some napkins. My car had a DVD player in the front. I would watch movies and enjoy my breakfast before work. --- If you say I am wrong, then prove that you are right. |

I'm at work, I just cook a bunch of chicken breasts on sundays for the week and then microwave them at the office. Not great, but I save my good tasting meals that I put effort into for dinner usually. I had a pre made meal. Today, it was horrible. I am just thinking got to lose weight. LOL oo much. My plan is to exercise hard for the next three weeks and then weigh myself on the 19th. I have a doctors appointment the following week. Starting from Monday, Im going to increase my cardio time from 30 to 50 minutes a day. I also need to improve my time management skills. I want to balance work, school, and workout. I wish I could block twitter on my Edge browser, but it requires me to sign up for a family plan. I dont want to do that. I think my life would be better without twitter.

At the time I was not trying to lose weight so I didn't think about it. But when I would get my General Chicken from this chinese places I would make it extra spicy and I would not over eat or eat later in the night. If that place did get closed down by the health department I could have lost weight a lot sooner.
