What do you usually do in the morning after taking care of the basics like showering and dressing? Do you go straight to work, exercise, or something else?
I had a long commute to the city where I worked, so I had to leave very early to avoid traffic. Otherwise, I would be stuck for hours. That meant I had some extra time before work. I used to go to McDonalds and order four hash browns and an egg biscuit. I was well prepared. I had plates and cutlery in my car. I also had my special pink salt and some napkins. I like leaving for work early too. These days its so nice because barely anyone is in the office so I just spread out, caffeinate, and listen to Spotify discovery until I pump myself up.

Depends on when my day starts. Can be anywhere between 8-10. On the later days I will play a game for an hour or 2 before I eat, shower, shave etc, make my lunch, and go.
