That doesnt make any sense. Imagine getting equipment at low levels that trivializes the difficulty of the game. Soetimes its a glitch and people abuse it. Kinda llike what happened with zelda TOTK at release with people duplicating items and having infinite resources.

I did that all the time in my fallout 2 runs. I grabbed power armor and energy weapons within the first hour of the game. It makes the game more fun tbh.
