She ran in the house and right back out with a gun, and ran up to them with it drawn. Also, they were in the street, NOT on her property or confronting her...waiting for the police to arrive.

While it does sound like a valid self-defense claim, I would also say that following her back to her home was absolutely not the correct thing to do in this situation

Yes it is, people do this all the time, to get the license plate number. They did not confront her or go up to her "house". They were in the street. It's what people do all the time, and people foillow hit and run perps while calling police all the time. Just because she tried to play bandit and got killed doesn't make it wrong.

I feel like theres something missing here. Unfortunately she is dead and cant speak to her defense. Id take the motorists version of the story with a grain of salt. He followed her all the way home instead of just getting her license plate? I wonder if she was in fear of her life.

It's not his word vs hers. Him and several witnesses, along with two different 911 dispatchsers all agree.

She hit him, then tried to run him over, then fled. He and another person tried to stop her at an intersection but she got home. They were in the street just taking down her license plate number, when she came outside into the street with a gun.

Sara Nicole Morales, 35, was shot outside her house after deputies said she drove home to get a gun following some sort of altercation with a motorcyclist.

According to Orange City police officers, Morales was involved in an incident with the motorcyclist on N. Volusia Avenue just after 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Investigators said Morales was behind the wheel of a blue Kia when she intentionally hit the motorcycle in the 1400 block of N. Volusia Ave. and then fled the scene, traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 17-92. The motorcyclist and a witness followed Morales to the intersection of 17-92 and Wisconsin Ave, where they attempted to get her to stop.

The motorcyclist and witness continued to follow Morales to her home while also contacting law enforcement, authorities said.

According to police, when Morales arrived at her house, she entered the residence to retrieve a gun and a confrontation took place in the roadway. Morales was shot multiple times by the motorcyclist.
Police said the motorcyclist, who has a concealed weapons permit, remained at the scene and has been cooperating with investigators.

Orange City Fire Rescue responded to provide medical care at the scene before Morales was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries.
According to those close to Morales, she was approximately four to five months pregnant. She leaves behind an 11-year-daughter and a fianc.

The investigation is ongoing and no one has been charged.

People think you can just confront anyone with a gun and be in the right just because you're butthurt. Sad fate, but completely her fault.

Had the girl been 16 or 17, and he feels really bad about it and would change his ways I would give him a second chance. He might still get some jail time and/or other heavy punishment, but it shouldn't ruin his life. Why? Because 16-17 is fully developed (sexually) and it's even legal in some states. As a male, you'd be lying if you said you wouldn't enjoy wild sex with a prime ready beautiful girl. You just instead use your better judgement and not be a creepy predator and find someone your age.

Girls younger than that though, especially in the 9-12 range is beyond sick. I'm not even sure that it's possible to correct such a severe mental disorder. Lock em up, good on the pastor.

A Pensacola man was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing a young girl hundreds of times over three years after he reportedly told a local pastor about his actions and the pastor alerted authorities.

Robert Joel Cota, 31, was arrested Sunday and charged with sexual battery on a victim 12 or younger, child abuse, aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and at least one other sex-related offenses.

He was booked into the Escambia County Jail without bond and remained in custody Monday

A pastor contacted authorities Sunday after Cota approached him at a new members' day event at the church and asked questions "pertaining to the church's beliefs about marriage, gender and sexual conduct" that concerned the pastor, according to Cota's arrest report.

During the conversation, Cota allegedly referenced a sexual relationship with an underage girl, the pastor later told Escambia County Sheriff's Office deputies.The pastor said he told Cota that "what he was doing is not right and that he needs to report himself to the authorities."The pastor provided ECSO investigators with a piece of paper on which Cota had written his address and phone number and a photo of Cota taken in line with the church's protocol of photographing all potential new members.

After ECSO investigators spoke to the pastor, they contacted the girl who Cota is accused of assaulting. The girl's age is redacted from the arrest report.

The girl told deputies that Cota had been sexually assaulting her for the past three years. She said the abuse started when she was about 7 years old and estimated that it had happened more than 600 times, according to the arrest report.
A warrant was subsequently written for Cota's arrest.

Although he did a monstrous thing, it's good he sought out some help. Maybe he can repent and find absolution from the safety of his prison cell.

I dunno man. I'm not 100% in on my theory either, but I don't ever think it's that simple. It never sits right with me when people completely write off the idea of a deeper connection. I think there has to be something deeper to Pete than he's just a B lister. There's no short supply of options and Pete has to be doing something extra. He's got the juice.

Im glad he seems to take the break ups fine tho. Cause if they are just using him for a rebound dick and he doesn't know that, it's pretty fucked up to mess with someone like that that is openly depressed already.

Deeper connections come. They come after attraction happens. Just like I connected with my ex, but not with any of the other 10 girls i went on dates with around the time we met. He punches way above his weight. He nowhere near as famous or as attractive as the women he dates. All of the women he dates could easily get men taller, better looking, richer and more famous. He's a C lister at best dating High A listers.

You're trying to apply your own standard of looks and other things to the lens of the women who want him. He is a top 1% guy in status, moeny and height. He passes the test of instant attraction.

Also the status of the women he gets with is not too much a factor. Those famous women have to share guys like him with a cute looking doordash driver.

No woman can "easily" get 6'4+ men when those men don't exist in large numbers and the few out there are already dating, married or determined to be single and fuck a mountain of chicks. They do not have the same sway at all. Can any woman Pete has been with make LeBron leave his wife? Can they force Gordon Hayward or Tom Brady to cheat? Likely not.

Was Chris Hemsworth ever spotted leaving any A list actresses house at 3AM? Most would probably like to go a round at least.

We can notpick and add our own bias but none of it matters. If women light up when you talk to them, make excuses to touch you or be around you you're attractive.

A group of youngsters are wanted for randomly shooting two people point-blank in the face with a BB gun in the Bronx a spree reminiscent of a notorious Knockout Game nearly a decade ago, police sources said.
The group targeted a 73-year-old woman working at a fruit stand and a city subway conductor and police Wednesday released video of one of the attacks in the hope someone recognizes the suspects.
The video shows the groups first attack about 10:50 p.m. Nov. 3 on White Plains Road at E. 219th St. in Olinsville. Four suspects are seen lurking behind a fruit stand for a few moments, then attacking the man working inside. One youth, dressed in a gray hoodie, pulls out a cellphone and starts recording, while an accomplice in a dark hoodie walks up to the victim, points and shoots.
The victim suffered a cut to his face. Medics took her to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition.

MADISON A Norfolk woman faces up to 20 years in prison after she pleaded no contest to attempted first-degree sexual assault on Monday in district court.
Jessica Samano, 27, was initially charged with first-degree sexual assault and false reporting stemming from an April incident near Norfolk. Attempted first-degree sexual assault is a Class 2A felony.
