Pretty much all of the mental hospitals in NY have shut down. Nothing is done about them, not some kind of housing effort, no treatment, we don't keep people in jail(unless it's for weed....). And on top of all this, this issue is just something being used to race bait. If you go back 18 months+ the news actually reported on the hispanic and white crazies, and also highlighted white, Latino and black victims. Now it is solely the black street urchin nut jobs and solely Asian victims making headlines. Not sure how this is supposed to help the issue. I pushed her off and she ran immediately to my boss and accused me of sexual harassment and attempted rape. Only reason I avoided any consequences was because I had a witness(there was another office connected to mine and they had a view of my desk). She was not fired or even reprimanded. They just told her to stay out of my office. Also, even though I did nothing, they were adamant that I had to apologize to her. My boss even knew I didn't touch her because I was actually sleeping with her(my boss) at the time and she knew this girl wasn't my type on any level. | Fony 01/06/22 8:11:49 AM #142 | Everyone pointing out the Dutch and Swedish hotel prisons is ignoring the major differences in our societies in general that make it possible over there, and the fact that those counties still incarcerate certain types of offenders eternally(by just reviewing their case and denying their release). We have far more offenders like that in America, and our social structure, culture and infrastructure is worse in every way. Racial inequality is also a huge problem here, where sadly most white people are afraid or too delusional to address it rationally. It's either going to unfairly target non whites, or turn a blind eye to non white offenders in the name of "progress" when the actual solution to the problem with enforcement is to replace the actual people abusing the system and not applying the laws...not to get rid of the law. Judges and police leadership need to be replaceable by more than just death and retirng at 99 years old. That is why the majority of serious criminals will always re-offend here until our culture and society is fixed. Prison terms are like 3% of the problem in America. Yes, some need to be shorter, some longer. Some criminals need to be executed very quickly as well. Some crimes need to be legal, some need no jail time at all but maybe a fine or treatement program. --- It's not the end of the world, but we can see it from here. |

I do costly dates sometimes too. Just specifically dinner/movies is trash. I've done skydiving as a first date, axe throwing, gun range, helicopter ride, all kinds of shit.
