Also my aunts turkey was especially dry and the stuffing was too dry to compensate.

Luckily my dad is an asshole but he cooks a good ham.

This was fine back when buffets were typically a good deal to make you spend money gambling at a casino.

But now buffets are all expensive. Eat the premium items.

Sixth year in a row I've had ham instead. Turkey is a year-round meat for me.

Stuffing is a side that should not be cooked in the turkey. Gravy is for mashed potatoes.

No one is cooking stuffing in the turkey here..

That was my dads side of the family turkey way back when his mom was still alive to cook and it sucked even more.

People say this but near everyone throws extra sides like gravy and stuffing onto their turkey to make it edible.

I will never understand why we eat such a boring food as the main dish on a holiday we celebrate by eating.

That said this will hopefully be the most normal Thanksgiving I've had since 2018. My grandpa died on Thanksgiving 2019 and then last year was uhh...last year.

I spend my entire shift telling people the amended returns are very backed up.

And I have no time to actually process amended returns because I'm answering calls about amended returns.

It's a disgusting negative feedback loop.

Btw it is worse the website for checking on the status of your amended return now gives a number to call if you want more information.

Its been a year, so maybe I forgot. Like I dont remember anyone pointing a gun at the senators or firing at police or anything. Obviously it was a bad scene and very illegal, but theres a difference between a coup attempt and a protest that got out of hand.

Im with Tony on this. Ive always felt weird when people refer to it as an insurrection or violent overthrow of government. I dont think the protestors ever honestly expected to just be let into the capitol. Which is why they resorted to vandalism and theft. There was no plan.

I also didn't realize they had gimmicks on a first playthrough.

Through multiple playthroughs speed EMMI is absolutely horrifying. The rest are nonthreats. Cloak is still a waste of time.

SA-X sections were pretty short and limited. Think they are highly overrated and at this point maybe make people nostalgia blind.

I can understand not liking the EMMI sections, but not enjoying SA-X at the same time.

Surprised there's still no remappable controls. I personally don't care at all as now I think they're perfect, but there was a point I wanted to swap the R with ZR and L with ZL. Now I highly doubt I would. But options are good anyway.

This is already doable with a pro controller.

The maps are huge. You trade one above average load for seamless gameplay.

There really aren't that many load screens. If you aren't going fast you have a lot of time between loads.

Also the save animation is less than 5 seconds.

The checkpoint system also means you dont really need to save unless you are turning off the game.
