Mind you calling it a debt ceiling is misleading as the money is already spent. Not increasing it is basically just having a credit card with no limit and then trying not to pay it. Despite having no monetary reason for doing it.

Not even close. Because you are choosing to cherry pick something i identified as in the bill when the whole debate was that the alternative to it was likely nothing in the bill passing, which would have fucked a lot of people(unemployment extension was also in that bill if i recall).

(That was the bill in December Trump almost self sabotaged over $2000 checks. No one was fighting for health care)

TCGO had really good integration of sets/tinspacks/theme decks. They would convert 1 to 1 not counting the rng from booster packs and the like. I would hope that would continue instead of turning scummy.

I think the key reason for the upgrade was the code base being like a decade old and incompatible with mobile.

It didnt have support for smaller devices(tablet only) but the apk and app never failed to work on my phone.

I think the original TCGO was never really meant to be more than a demo/learn to play kind of thing that they crammed online play into. This probably is meant to expand on that with more of a focus, especially since the previous one is basically nothing more than a browser game with minimal interface.

I played it for while. It was way more than just a browser game. And had a full interface for trading and the like.
