Nah my wife is an accountant. There are lots of different programs out there, each one has its own peculiarities and features and functionalities. At a minimum you'll probably want to brush up on your Excel skills since it seems common for people to want to use Excel for all this shit, *especially* when there's an online program that accepts uploads of information/can print reports from the service.

Especially learn how to use Vlookup functions and shit >_>

That's what bank reconciliation is, though for a bank reconcil*er* you're probably doing it for multiple clients and accounts. It is a basic part of accounting

but yeah it's monotonous lol. Should be easy to learn if you're good with software and attention to detail though.

I am gonna head out to bed in a minute, but I appreciate you taking the time to draw those up - because it *was* combined already I didn't think to just analyze it as two separate items like that.

Once I get the components I imagine it's just a matter of figuring the difference and calling it good?

You should do this by its components. If you actually draw the triangle you'll see that you need to do a lot of extra work to figure out the interior angles. You're trying to use angles from the problem and those aren't the ones in the final triangle.
I feel like the 85 degree angle is from the final triangle, no?

Also not sure how to figure out the components since I don't know the radius or anything like that.

I thought vectors broke down into horizontal and vertical, then you summed them?
So, I have one vector going at 160 meters. The second vector's tail end goes from the head of the first vector at an angle of 85 degrees, and then it connects to the to the tail of the first vector to form a triangle.

so I assumed at that point you could just treat it like a regular triangle :\

Have something moving 500 meters per second at an angle of 160 degrees, a force moving at 20 meters per second with an angle of 85 degrees (relative to the original center point) starts acting on the object.

What's the resulting vector?

I used the law of cosines and ... nothing. I'm assuming that the 85 degrees is the actual new angle. Been crunching numbers for over an hour now and it's driving me crazy lmao

Cult and Roanoke were definitely the weakest. The newest double feature was pretty bad too. All the other seasons had something to like tho.
Roanoke was bad, yeah. If I were in charge, I would have set it up so the first half of the season were filmed with brand new actors with no credits to their name as the real people and set up the recurring cast to do the dramatization. Air that first half of the season in Springtime as a special to give it an appearance of being a real story. Then roll into the second half in autumn.

The fact they used the regular actors for everything really ruined the effect of an unsolved mysteries retelling.

I watched AHS up to season three (I think) but always felt it was too.. soap opera ish? Like meandered unintentionally..

I'm glad you are taking a break from studying though!
It can be hard if you don't enjoy the format, because all the seasons follow the same format for the most part - there are characters, they do some things, you're wondering who they are, then there are some clips that give you more context and information about who they are. And I'm realizing at Episode 6 of this season that it's not really building up to anything. This makes for a really hit or miss experience - if you don't like the theme of the season then you're kinda SOL.

I do love the premise of the show, incorporating urban legends and real, brutal American history to weave these intricate tales. And I have fun exploring all the twists and turns that they throw at you.

Definitely a show where you can skip seasons if you find after a couple of episodes that you don't like what's going on though. And Apocalypse really turned me off to the whole thing (that's why we skipped a season) - it had the most terrifying opening half hour of a television show or movie I have ever witnessed in my life... and then the remainder of the season was outright awkward trash.

Also think Billie Lourd might be the first celebrity crush I've had in a long time >_>

I'm not making a big assumption at all. Why do you think the media is playing up the "threat" of China? You fell for it, so I suppose you wouldn't understand. The idea is to manufacture consent for war. Then the US can pretend that it must attack China because "defense" or "freedom" or whatever.

China is extremely aggressive how? By ramping up their military spending to fraction of what the US already spends? By making economic deals with other countries like how the US has always done?

If you literally think it's a matter of media propaganda then there's really nothing more to be discussed here.

And you continue to debate the question, "Which country is the most aggressive in the world?", which is not the question of the topic...

The point is that the US is the most aggressive nation out there by far, but you're writing as if other nations are the ones starting shit. Guess what happens if China doesn't ramp up? They're still attacked by the US. At least by ramping up, they have some self-defense capabilities. Look at Russia. Russia is a pathetic shell of its former self and is only getting weaker, yet the US is screaming as if Russia could pose any sort of threat.

Anyway, we won't go to war with China directly, it's all just proxy wars and it's been that way at least ever since the cold war.
Russia does pose a very serious threat, just not in the physical domains (outside of nuclear weaponry).

And you're making a big assumption that the US would attack China first.

This topic is written from the perspective of the US, as I read it. "Is war with Russia possible?" The answer is "Yes, it is, but war with China is significantly more probable.".

Also, aggression goes beyond just military presence and action. China is extremely aggressive through its economy and political maneuvering, too.

It's maybe not the best Battlefield game but it is the most fun I've had with a shooter in ages, just so much absurd shit going on.

This past match I gunned on a "Condor" (the Osprey), then when that went down I switched to the wingsuit specialist and flew behind enemy lines to plant a spawn beacon so my squad could help chip away at the defenses. Then when we got that point I took a hovercraft and this guy and I were just cruising around, I was running people over, he was blowing them up with grenades.

It's such a dynamic damn experience.

OK, and what is the point being made here?

China has massively stepped up production of its armed forces, is aggressively staking claims to territory that doesn't necessarily belong to it, is using civilian fishing fleets as an instrument of aggression, is constantly exploiting its own natural resources and taking control of the natural resources of other countries.

From the perspective of the US, the most likely nation-level actor that we'd go to war with would be China. Not Russia.

I guess that's my point.

EDIT: lol, this is what I get for typing into a topic without reading it. The pic is pretty funny.
Imagine buying a safe with the original Mona Lisa on it and inside is a stack of certificates for stocks in a company. Anyone can come up and snap a picture of the Mona Lisa and reproduce it but you've got the original thing. And there's a stack of valuables attached to it. That you may or may not be able to sell later for profit. it seems like most NFTs these days are Ethereum based specifically.

Also I think the idea has been around a long time with games like Second Life where people could code in unique items and then trade or sell those to other players. They could make copies but retained the rights to the original blueprint.
