More often than not, since I am usually late to the game on most media franchises. Although, the few times I was actually were ahead were pretty fun. I remember reading all the Game of Thrones books in high school before the show was released and it was exciting reading peoples reactions to things as they came along. I was like if you think this is insane, just wait my friends. But, the show eventually passed the book and I didn't know jack crap was going on, outside of the show ending horribly, so probably missed a bullet by not watching that.

Oh, yeah. You would have went from knowing everything to knowing absolutely nothing in no time flat...

You shouldn't have to sleep to recover sanity. Lots of foods recover sanity(you need a crockpot). And some hats give constant sanity regen. IIRC the Top Hat is the easiest one to make that gives sanity regen. Also the hat you get from killing the walrus is pretty good.

I do know certain foods and clothes help with it. But when you start, every time it becomes night time, sanity slowly drains. Less so with fire. But if I use a bed, not only does it stop draining, but I believe it goes up, as well... It at least gives me one less thing to worry about for the time being... Plus, I usually have barely anything when I first start... Once I get further, I should be fine, though. This is for like the very beginning of a game... Haha.

I only found out about the tools my second playthrough. My first playthrough, I just kept collecting until it got super dark. And then just died. And I started laughing instantly. The second playthrough, I learned how to eat food, make a fire, etc... I'm still on that one. I saved and quit for the night... Or for right now... I will continue, though...

One of my favorite anime is Detective Conan, a mystery series, and I love rewatching episodes and movies. Gives you a better appreciation of every scene.

I LOVE Detective Conan. I really gotta find a place to read and watch more. I have the first 5 seasons and 6 movies that were dubbed. I don't mind subbed, but just have to find them to watch them. And I read a ton of the manga some time ago, and have some of them now, but only so many. I also don't care if those are "dubbed" or "subbed", which has a slightly different meaning for manga... Either way, I do love that series...

I did this many years ago after playing Danganronpa. I'm also doing it again right now, which is why I thought about this... Sometimes, it's cool going through media again knowing everything. There are usually extra things they you may not have noticed at first. Have you guys ever done that before?

I never heard about the hate until recently.

I remember telling Wolfy that I wasnt enjoying it. He said he did when it came out, but that there is something different about the newer one that I tried. So, it might have to do with whatevers different. I cant remember what he said was off, though. I think youd have to asked him

I think sleep helps for sanity. But I know I didnt sleep for like the first 3 days because I needed materials and the science machine. Plus, the bed gets used up. But its probably the only thing you can really do early on that I know of so far

the main difference i read was stuff like expansion/dlc content drastically changing the game in DS while mostly just giving you interesting playable characters in DST. like the pigmen dlc changing the setting for DS (you have to live in a pigmen city and interact with shops and stuff), but just introducing new aspects for DST (like the pig princess playable character)

I see... I would probably like to try DST sometimes. But AFAIK, I think that's only PC right now. I think the switch is solo with DLC...

Idk how long it was going on for, but for the next 3 days and 6 hours of this post, "Don't Starve Nintendo Switch Edition" is having a trial on the switch. You can download it and play it until the trial is over. I believe that once the trial is over, if you decide to get the game, it should still have all you memory of the game... I think... So, if you haven't tried it, go ahead...

I think the only Zeldas I actively dislike are Majora's Mask (the time limit sucks, no matter how you slice it) and Twilight Princess (it just seemed way too linear to me and was a real disappointment).

I wasnt a fan of Twilight Princess, but Majoras Mask was my favorite. Being too linear wasnt my problem with Twilight Princess. Most of the newer ones felt linear Didnt like the wolf parts, and a few other things. That said, I love Majoras Mask. I personally never really felt the pressure of the Tome Limit. Not too mention slowly it down and the reset gave plenty of time to do a lot. But it depends on how you played. Apparently, it use to be possible to get a perfect playthrough. I just did one section at a time, though

This is the main problem. Its between every show and movie. If I watch a movie, I have to watch all of Iron Fist before I watch something else. If I watch a show, I have to watch all of Iron Fist before I watch another show. On those anime weekends, we can get through multiple shows, if we try. And my one friend is a fiend when it comes to switching between shows

The problem is having to watch it in between switching shows or movies, which is what we do while drinking. Having to watch 24 hours of another show in between makes it hard to just do what we normally do on the weekends. Unless were allowed to switch as much as we want, and watch Iron Fist during the week. But it sounds like we have to watch it in between switching shows So, no. I probably wouldnt be able to actually live life like Im use to. Even with my work friend. We switch shows constantly at work. Couldnt do that if I had to watch 24 hours of Iron fist. And I watch a ton of YouTube videos. And that would probably mean Iron Fist between those, as well So, Id rather be happy and not have to deal with it, tbh

They'll know before you tell tell them. I've seen your picture on here and you're not one of the few fortunate ones that will be convincing. You'll be pretty obvious from just the first glance. But this sudden "I'm trans now!!" is very likely just part of your recent and very public mental breakdown that you've been going through and probably won't last. Now, that's not meant to suggest that trans and mental illness go hand in hand. Not at all. But sudden and extreme life changes out of nowhere like this certainly go along with mental health issues. You need to get the other shit sorted out first and see if you still feel like you should make this transition once you're in a better place mentally.

You never know. Some people can surprise you. Also, hes mentioned being trans, bi, and pan before. When trying to figure it out. This isnt the first time
