Its harmless to them (Or they at least think that). But that means they can easily spread it without them, or anyone else, noticing. Everybody having weaker symptoms that were noticeable, but didnt put you out on your ass for a couple weeks would be better than asymptomatic And not only that, but I heard it could still be doing damage to you body. Just unnoticeable damage So, 100% asymptomatic would be worse as peoples bodies would be getting damaged, and nobody would know

Yeah. But I think not being able to go to the gym or out to a party is better than people dying and spreading disease for those things. You can still leave the house for work, essentials, and stuff. But you cant just go to social events, gyms, and stuff like that

I care about people in a different way than you do. I want them to have a good quality of life. I think the current situation would be improved if more people had the attitude that they'll live how they want or die trying. I see no point in prolonging life if that is denied to them. You saying thats selfish is just you trying to pass the buck again. If you spread the virus to someone else, that is partially your fault. Whether you knew you had it or not. Everybody shares in the blame. All youre doing is trying to pass the blame to other people. Thats selfish, and you know it

That sounds terrible for a single sequence. Why would there be different levels of sentinels instead of mass producing the strongest one? It's also too convenient that every "upgrade" they encounter just happens to counter their previous tactic when they were produced before the battle. Such a thing could work over time (see: The Incredibles) but doesn't stand up to scrutiny all at once.

Such a format might work better with a villain that can evolve during a fight (ex DC's Doomsday), but even then you can only stretch it so far before you're out of material, and the further you stretch it the harder it is to realize a victory for the heroes. Doomsday's comic defeat was the epitomy of anticlimatic.

The reasons for different levels of sentinels can be many. From already having the weaker ones, to the stronger one taking a lot of materials that are limited. Or different ones that are made for certain specialties And maybe it is convenient, but its also a movie. So many things happen in movies thats convenient. So, its just regular movie stuff. Or maybe they know the weaknesses of the old ones, and the newer ones dont have the same weaknesses

You're totally right, and I could've made a better argument to support my case cause it's a little too easy for people to mention the several times heavy subjects are mentioned or extreme violence is depicted across nearly 30 films without missing the greater point that these movies care little about telling a story that resonates with adults. Of course that's subjective and I honestly don't know how to convey that sentiment to a bigger and more experienced fan of the media.

They do resonate with adults, though. Because of nostalgia for many. These are stories based off of comics, tv shows, cartoons, movies, etc. from when they were younger. So, like you said, subjective. But many adults go to see them. And its a hot topic around many workplaces

The sentinels would most likely get stronger as the battle went on. Newer sentinels that were stronger and better in many ways. Each time stronger sentinels (as an example) came out, they had to figure out new ways to take them out. Or use their powers in different ways. And when the last one or last few came out, it seemed like it would be impossible for them to take them down. But then they find the chink in their armor. Even then, it'll be hard to take down still. But by working together, and using a ton of power, they are able to take it down...

Something like that. Obviously, based on the plot of the battle, some things could change. But basically, something like that, I would think...

Idk if I could do a full movie length battle, tbh

Now, unfortunately, that doesn't necessarily mean any of them are any good. There's unfortunately not a very strong correlation between interest in a franchise and game design ability. There are plenty of good ones out there, certainly, but it can take some digging to find them, and there's no guarantee you'll find the setting you want.

Not all of them are great, but plenty are. There are usually multiples, too. Being able to pull from more than one can help. And you can always homebrew another homebrew... But in the end, it can still be fun to play series that didn't have one...

That said, if you're struggling to find a proper one, there are several game systems out there that can be readily adapted into any story or universe you want to use. My friends and I have used Risus to run several one-shots that we just made up ourselves, since it's a very simple, flexible system. You're not going to get much by way of deep mechanics that way, but if you're just looking for a way to tell some stories and have some adventures in a universe of your choice, it's a viable option.

You can always just use certain homebrew rules, too... The group I played with used a pretty basic one that would probably work for a good portion of others ones... At least, it would for the way we played... Haha...

There are quite a few. I spent several months playing a Starcraft one with some buddies about a year ago, which was a pretty good time. Very mechanically dense, though, and pretty much all of the game design went into building a complex combat system. I ended up converting my character sheet into a pretty fancy Excel file that included equipment selection, the ability to select a bunch of different modifiers for rolls, and macros that rolled skill checks for me with all of the applicable modifiers so I didn't have to keep track of them manually. It was fun, except I was away for a week and the rest of the party ended up rolling a very unfortunate series of natural 1's that resulted in our spaceship blowing up with us in it. I was one mission away from being able to afford my Marauder armour, too.

Yeah. When listening to Terrible Warriors, they've done a bunch. Even stuff like Pokemon, Ghostbusters, Sailor Moon, and Doctor Who... I still have to catch up. And for almost any series you like, you will probably have some kind of TTRPG... And some of them work in unique ways, as well...

I disagree. I think people being able to be treated in hospitals when they need to be in a good things. And if the lockdowns help with keeping hospitals from getting overwhelmed like they are, which they will, then thats good I think people not being treated because the hospitals are overwhelmed in more detrimental effect of people than being stuck at home for a certain amount of time

These people did not need to be hospitalized. The effect of the virus on these people was none at all to a mild inconvenience. The negative effects of the virus do not apply to everyone. The negative effects of lockdowns do apply to everyone due to economic and societal impacts.

You realize that 40% on people being a symptomatic is bad, right? Thats part of the reason the lockdowns are actual kind of important And it doesnt matter how much of an inconvenience it is to them. This lockdown is to help EVERYBODY. And those same people will start crying as soon as it does inconvenience them. Like taking a loved one away. Its already happened so many times. Instead of worrying about how sad youll be because you can go party, you should worry about people as a whole. People dying or being hospitalized (especially in a hospital with no room) is worse than missing out on party or whatever And the negative effects of the virus dont effect everyone until they do. Many people didnt have the negative effects affect them at first. Then they had a family member who died from it, or caught a different variant that did affect them. Youre just a selfish person. Thats your problem You dont care about anybody, which is why you dont want a lockdown

Later, they both stared in another show called "Sam and Cat" (based off the characters from their previous shows) where they lived together working as babysitters, IIRC... A quarter of all crimes are committed under influence of alcohol, half of all domestic abuse cases involve alcohol, I've seen statistics suggesting that more than half of all murders involve alcohol but I would need to find that again.
