I'm extremely lucky right now to have a job where the managers actually care about their workers and see them as more then expendible profit numbers, and my 35 hour work week is still leaving me drained as hell, although I think I'm adjusting to it some. Either way, I literally don't know how I'll survive when I have to quit this job and move onto a higher paying one, where I'm not cared about, just seen as a number. Like I really have no clue what I'll do, I feel like I'll just burn out and just give up on myself like the first job I got when I was 16... How do you deal with it? People are a lot more scared to take a risk when they put themselves into it willingly then when they just kinda co-exist with it passively, even when taking the risk directly gives much better odds of coming out in a good situation.
