Most enemies wouldn't even attack him because they have zero hit rate. I like to use him as a castle guard sometimes because he's better at doing that than Hannibal. Is Lewyn!Arthur more efficient? Honestly him being recruited as a useable unit maybe shoulda been something where you had to meet some requirements in a particular battle.
