the way I look at it. Air Bending is super overpowered as its been ages since there have been more than a handful so no one knows how to fight against them.

its my headcannon as to how Korra turned the tables on Amon. He could use his bloodbending to predict how people were going to attack. But he never knew how the air was going to act since hed never seen it.

I give this to Wandavision for now. Loki set major milestones and got rid of my fear that the shows werent going to make any progress on the main MCU story. However in doing that it kind of forgot to have any resolution for any of the plots it setup. If in the future season 2 changes that then it would win.

I think this thing is being blown outrageously out of proportion. Having watched it it seems pretty clear their intention was to have He-Man move out of the way for a few episodes to develop everyone else and then have him appear in the end. Just seems like theyve been fed over by Netflix because only half the show is out.

Hmmm depends on what you like

10 if graphics are more important to you

12 if lore is most important

6 or 7 if a good story is what appeals

8 if you want a system you can break and become over powered in like an hour

9 is good all round but best viewed after playing a couple of them because its full of references

my order would go 6,7,10,12,9 with 8 between 7 & 10 but that game is divisive.

all of those are pretty fun games. Id recommend only getting ones with speed boost though as the original games are borderline unplayable without that feature

I have yet to see proof of these lies from a none ASJW/comicgate source. Meanwhile I have an official release from november 2019 that pretty much matches the show we have.

So yeah I believe these so called lies are attempts by ASJWs to turn normal people agianst the show before they watch it.

Ill say this. He does a podcast called Fatman Beyond which I quite enjoy. And he did outright say that Teela was in no way the main character. Ive not watched the show to confirm whether thats true or not but he did say it

Everyone always hates on Skyward Sword but I enjoyed that game. But the backtracking and repeat bosses were easily the worst and uninspired parts of the game. Fix those and the constant Fi and itd be a pretty great game

The fact that the Emperor is presented as crippled and maimed is clearly an intended indication that he suffered those injuring during the Death Star destruction.

I believe it is hinted by that character during that scene, although I purged that film from my memory seconds after leaving the cinema. Its also confirmed in a novel.

Korra is nowhere near on the level of TLA.

I find the problems are the lack of joining and foreshadowing between seasons the first had (this is due to the executives not giving a coherent plan and cutting budgets frequently).

Second problem is lack of world building. So much of the story is focused on one specific area rather than the world like the first did.

Third problem and this is the biggest but it really tries to distance itself from focusing on the TLA to let the current cast shine. While this works in theory, the problem is TLA had the previous generations being a big part of everything especially the Avatar and having them not included feels wrong.

As for the origins of the Avatar, I find those specific episodes to be on par with TLA

Both liked and disliked the finale. But Im loving that this is the first show that really effects the main plot of the MCU. I was getting worried the shows would be like a slightly more connected Agents of Shield.

Also Kang reveal was good. But sad they didnt actually say his name. I imagine google searches for Who was the guy at the end of Loki will be sky high for people who dont read comics or watch YouTube theories.

Also good luck Avengers 5 cast. Im struggling to see how you beat an infinite amount of Kangs

That doesnt sound right. From memory I think this is the Halloween Town FM monster?

if you have glide I believe you jump down fight him, then go through two screens and he respawns. I think it took me about 10min at most to get all required

6 is amazing

7 is great.

8 is fun if you like becoming OP early on, but by far the worst

9 is amazing

10 is amazing

12 is very good

dont play any that dont have speed boosts though as they revolutionised the games. I cant play the old ones anymore as they are far too slow

a big funeral scene for Natasha. I would have liked that. It didnt need the Avengers but some recognition would have been nice

Oh okay that's good. There's just two Spiderman movies, right? I can find them I'm sure. Edit: Yeah, I just checked, easy to rent on Amazon. Okay then I think I'll finally do it. I watched Iron man WAAAAAAY back when it came out but that's the only one I ever watched other than Guardians of the Galaxy.

Nice! Disney+ has the movies in consecutive order in playlists under the Marvel banner in the phases. Phase 1 is alright imo with two good movies. Phase 2 is the roughest. Phase 3 is when they get rid of Perlmutter and everything is pretty good from then on.

Spiderman Homecoming is watched after Captain America 3.
Spiderman Far From Home is after Endgame.

the women were extremely useful. But (end of series spoilers)
the villains need a complete rewrite. I cant think of a single thing they ever acheived apart from killing off minor Aes Sedai. And they were all the most powerful and knowledgeable characters in the series apart from Rand and Nynaeve.

i am confused though -- so like they're on lamentis literally seconds away from dying. they start to hold hands, which i guess begins a nexus branch and explains how the tva found them.

what i dont understand is this -- if they were going to die in seconds, what exactly could they have done in such a short period of time to create a nexus event big enough for the tva to find them? and if the answer is something like "they would have escaped the impending doom" then they would have done so prior to being in a spot where they were literal seconds away from death

basically -- there is nothing they could have done to create a branch from the timeline in the seconds before their deaths. that's literally why sylvie was hiding in apocalypses -- because the apocalypse would erase the entire branch no matter what she did.

unless them making out somehow causes them to fuse and become some immortal super god allowing them to survive? otherwise i must have missed something

i was under the impression that it was because they were in essence the same person touching each other. Im not certain the romantic aspect has much to do with it.

Just that they are the same being interacting with each other likely causes some pretty devastating effects to the timeline.

I think itll be judged harshly given that its existed for over a year and people have been waiting. Not to mention it being Black Widows movie that people have wanted since phase 1.

The bigger problem I find is the series is 6 episodes so 16% of the show (33% so far) could be considered forgettable.

Other than the TVA reveal that most people had guessed I dont feel like weve progressed anywhere story wise as we dont really know Sylvie any better. We dont know what she wants or why. We dont know what happened with the branching timelines.

If we look at the end of last episode there was no character progression or plot progression. For a 6 episode show that isnt great. TBH I was pretty bored throughout it, which is something I cant say for the first two.

That being said I really like the theory that the whole episode was Sylvie enchanting Loki. And I agree that Loki hasnt smashed the Tempad either

I did get the vibe that she was born looking like Tom Hiddleston but eventually decided to become a woman full-time. "Don't call me Loki" seemed very much like a trans person rejecting their dead name.

Thats what I first thought but then she hinted that she never knew Friga and that she wasnt a prince. Felt like she had a fairly different upbringing.

I've seen End Game so I know how it ends and it's interesting going back and listening to the lines from all the movies that foreshadow what happens.

For example in the Avengers what Captain America says to Iron Man

Cap: I know people like you. You only care about yourself. You're not the man who will make the sacrifice for the team.

Iron Man: *silence*

I also enjoy the line in Avengers 1 (paraphrasing here)
Ironman: maybe you were created for a reason?
Hulk: yeah what reason?
Ironman: dont know. Guess well find out.
