Kaguya never really did any competent fighting, but she was outright stronger the whole time and was only defeated through an already existing method they took advantage of. The current bad guy is actually using his overwhelming power competently.

In relation to an omnipotent being that exists outside of time and space, those are at least more within the realm of possibility. They're still widely outlandish speculation for speculation's sake and not based in anything concrete, but I'd put them several rungs higher on the believably scale than a true omnipotent being existing.

The fact that it happened was canon. The portrayal was filler. Though Id assume it was the kind of filler where the initial parameters like the existence of characters was canon even if the events themselves were left up to the anime staff to fill in.

Whatever the original intentions, it seems to generally seems to be a horribly applied methodology that leads to moronic conclusions going by what's shown in the media at least. People using their connections to secure positions for qualified family members is perfectly fine. It's only an issue if there are conflicts of interest or they're not at all qualified for the job.

If they somehow managed to rule the world, the world would've been fucked beyond belief. There's no way they'd have the infrastructure or manpower at the time. Taking over a good chunk of Europe and having solid alliances probably would have been their limit in the WW2 campaign. But they'd face constant upheaval and war even if they managed to settle for a while.

No, it's just a consequence of digital media being easy to share and a lot of it being available for "free" through various means so its worth is somewhat devalued in people's eyes. If things were like back in the day of bootleg VHS and CDs, it'd still be a thing, but nowhere near as bad as it is today.

I'd say it probably has like a 10% chance of being good, but hopefully they strike gold on the script and director. It could be amazing if they use the setting properly.

I think you guys are confusing the dashboard driver being an ass to being at fault

In driving school there is no rule that you need to give way to someone in such an instance. The merger was incredibly aggressive and could of caused the dash cam driver to suddenly stop which could cause an accident

He didn't even indicate until he was partly in the dashcam drivers lane. He also didn't have enough driving skill to attempt an overtake like he did

The dashcam driver had the ability to slow down slightly and back off, but he instead aggressively speeds up so as to block the merger and keep his space. The merger would have had to have begun the merging process closer to the dashcam driver for it to have been 100% the merger's fault.

The dashcam guy should have started to slow down when he saw that the merger had no intention to stop, but he instead speeds up as if to overtake the guy. The merger is at fault for initiating a dangerous action, but the dashcam guy acted irrationally.

It's hard to see any lines, but this is someone moving from one lane to another rather than two lanes merging into one, right?

Discussion on the "power" balance between different demographics is a perfectly valid area of study. There's literally nothing that can be done without getting into thought policing and government overreach.

Assuming magic can allow us to produce materials and goods that would be worth conquering a planet regardless of the ethical arguments, then we could try biological warfare to wipe them out. If the magic offers no off-planet benefit, I don't see why anyone would try.

It's one thing not to feel bad in the case of the guy's crime being proven, but another entirely to act like it was a good thing to happen. Everyone who participated should be tried for murder.

I get it. I'm just saying it would be good to extend it the other way to stop giving high profile criminals any attention whatsoever. This country has developed too much of a morbid fascination with them, which leads to a weird case of celebrification that has likely had some influence on some other mentally ill people to do the same.

They should do that for most crimes, especially mass shootings. Rapists can be dragged through the mud, but murderers should get zero attention outside of the court room.

Yeah, all 3.5 are following the same niche with some minor adjustments to reflect their game of origin. It's basically like the anime swordfighter issue but less pronounced. Ryu really should have been the only representative of traditional fighting games. Both Terry and Kazuya feel gratuitous at this point.

I'd say they're objectively difficult to the casual audience. That people can spend time either breaking the game, manipulating the mechanics in an optimal way, having dozens of hours of experience in prior games, etc is a consequence of having the time to do it. Drop 1000 people in completely blind, and I'm sure the majority are going to rate it as one of the harder gaming experiences.
