Pumping doesnt require much clean up so 15-30 seconds. Diaper change? Maybe 2 minutes if it's a huge mess. Play? Not necessary; they're young enough that you can pop a pacifier in their mouth and get back to work. And this is only addressing actual breastfeeding. You're completely neglecting the concept of pumping, which doesnt require the child to be anywhere near you, but still needs to be done. Taking 15 minute breaks to pump/breastfeed every few hours isnt a big deal, and you should be able to get your work done still. When you're taking care of an infant you're not standing over them staring at them the whole time. If you're working a Mcjob, obviously dont bring your child to work. But if you're working somewhere like a DMV, Administration office, ect.. it really isnt that big a deal.
