Is it most? I mean their leadership has been doing everything possible to make it harder for democrats to vote. I mean just recently they put what, two drop boxes for votes in the entire state or something similar to that? Cause they knew republican voters would come in person to vote, while most democrats are smarter and want to avoid large gatherings due to covid.

So far I am getting some FFT vibes for sure. I've never played Tactics Ogre but apparently it might be closer to that?

The tactics ogre feeling I get mostly is cause of the height advantage lets your archers shoot farther. And shooting at an enemy above you wont work well if at all due to dropoff. If you were high enough up, you could shoot across the map, which was fun. Though you tended to be the one fighting from the low ground...

I'm not even sure I believe in intelligence as a concept, let alone the idea that it can be measured to the extent that we'd be able to pinpoint a spot where someone becomes "stupid." certainly any reasonable definition of "smart" would apply to some anti-maskers, trumpers, and qanon conspiracy theorists

so no, I don't think "being fucking stupid" has anything to do with this, and I think it's extremely unproductive to frame it as though it does. I also think it's extremely unproductive to shift the blame onto individuals who are like, eating at restaurants, when it's clear that policy and messaging from the people in power are the single major factor in how well a given area deals with the pandemic

no, but they do keep major roads worked on during storms. obviously some will accumulate, and you just follow in the treks of the cars in front of you where there can be pavement. but they do start plowing and salting overnight when it is snowing.

Then I dont know why some people act as if it is danger free to drive up north. It still sucks, you gotta go slow, give yourself a lot more space.
