When its a single transaction, it's always kinda weird unless you're just so filthy rich it scales to the equivalent of buying Red Lobster like in a Monday - out if place but doesn't hurt the wallet at all.

I had to spend a similar amount of a laptop in a couple hours notice (sudden wfh)

My decision to commit to a $15k purchase earlier this year was also a bit quick. About $10k due immediately. I'm not that rich (or at all really) , but I think more than lately it's a question of "are you ever going to do this shit or waste time always thinking about it?"

Tbh they're a bit of an acquired taste. A lot of what I ended up liking ended up being stuff that had to grow on me, but the realization for some is like "wow, this actually was a genius idea"

Most commonly-liked tracks:

• Boss
• Baby Don't Stop
• Kick It

Other good tracks that imo can be totally subjective:

• Almost all the lead singles that have an MV except for the early Dream unit stuff because that was straight up geared for a stupid cutesy kid concept. Also avoid the English renditions of stuff (like Regular). SM makes garbage translations.
• WayV is very underrated imo. They are an NCT subunit focused for the Chinese market, so they don't appear on many regular Korean programs. This was a very-well put performance imo, and they've got some of the best vocals in all of NCT for sure. Ten is virtually all the dancer Taeyong is but a much better singer. Thai guy, Korean agency, Chinese group, and sometimes has to speak English. Ten.

• The more recent NCT U "Make A Wish" single imo is a great example of how the NCT system works. Implementing Jaemin from Dream and Xiaojun from WayV. Especially with years passing, it's hard to make sense of the point of Dream vs 127 units, apart from giving all the NCT members a better opportunity for line distribution.
• Up until like last year, Mark was almost in like every damn song because he was assigned as a regular in all units but WayV. It was funny seeing how true that was when NCT was on that random dance TV show and he pretty much was in every song. Also funny when NCT did a collab with EXO in an SM stage and it's like "well shit now he's part of EXO. Ironically enough, he's in SuperM.
• On that note, SuperM isn't all that great imo. A combo of NCT/EXO/WayV and Taemin, so crazy talent, but the songs don't seem as well thought out.

I've been kinda keeping track of NCT.
Resonance Pt 2 is a strong contrast to Pt 1.
On both albums I felt they peaked at the lead single, although I liked more of Pt 1 than 2.
127 and Dream albums were better this year imo.

This shit is annoying. I agree it's not a good idea to fly. We decided on not having my brother come over recently. Yeah, there is more activity in airports.

But at the same time the way they phrase it is like some kind of actual record of sorts. It's just relative in a specific context. Yes, a point can be inferred, but they basically told everyone who says they're smart enough to take this seriously, that water is wet.

Interesting. I say that in a purely indifferent way. I have had both, but on two very separate occasions so I can't make a clear recollective comparison. I'll probably revisit that sometime.

Im a manager for panera. Yeah our stuff is pretty healthy. And the reason that stuff is frozen is basically nothing we sell has preservatives in it. Wed have to get daily deliveries if we didnt freeze anything.

I can level with this reasoning.

Although, if you don't mind me asking, what makes the macaroni at the restaurant better/worthwhile value vs. the store-packaged Panera frozen macaroni?

I only know one kid. I can't tell what scales as "severe", but from the little I've gathered it's probably not the case, and there's still a lot of time for development.

I didn't watch much after Space, but of the scenes I've seen here and there, RPM and Time Force did seem pretty good. My understanding of the plot of RPM and even including the origin of the suit designs was icing.

I feel like MMPR can't be tiered, though. I mean for sure the top tier is literally better, but I just can't take it as a comparative tool apart from against Zeo since that happened right after with continuation.

Choreography is kinda what I expected. I'm never really a fan of backup dancers, but first go gets a pass. Moves are sharp and at the moment it seems they're all equal, vs. Something like BP where Lisa is clearly a different level.

My current opinion was that the song was decent, but really just serving as a feeler vs coming with any real expectations to chart. Believe MAMA nominations are already locked. I'm more sold on the general sound and potential talent. Supposedly more members will be added. Not sure if it's going to be some kind of NCT revolving door, but SM has gotten that to work.

Momoland Ready or Not MV was better than the performance. I am questioning their direction. It seems a bit dated vs where Twice, Itzy, BP. Moo, and I guess Aespa are going. Still too much instrumentals driving the chorus. Jane on her own time is practicing far more impressive choreography. Feel like this group is more talented than what they're given to work with.

What strikes me most is the lyrical concept was heavily set towards nods to Synk. This can become a memorable or forgettable thing for their discography.

Otherwise as a group they seem to make a pretty good visual and vocal impression imo.
